Incredible Staff
We were scheduled to stay one night but my husband became ill and so ended up staying longer. The front desk staff was so accomodating, kind, and helpful. I particularly appreciated all the care and concern of Liz and Mark. We had stayed in this hotel before but will now always stay there when we are in the area. Thank you BW Louisville for such a good experience in a difficult time.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was good and hot. Location was nice as well. We liked the outside pool and hot tub but you had to go around the building outside to get to it which was odd. They didnt tell us at check-in housekeeping was at request. By day 3 i asked and then we were informed. We had been asking for new towels daily and emptied our own trash as well. Otherwise that was the only complaint. Staff was very nice also.
