Lovely Mediterranean style guest home connected to main house separated by back hall with door and a lovely courtyard. Totally private from main house, on over an acre
Beautiful surroundings near open space with pool.

There are three bedrooms and two luxurious baths with jacuzzi
and steam shower and separate laundry.
Property sleeps 6 comfortably with an additional tempurpedic pull out.

This is also a great get a way in the winter months. Skiing, snowboarding or snow shoeing. A beautiful space to come back to after a cold day of outdoor fun.

Amazing guest house with all of the amenities!
This guest house was the perfect place for our trip to Boulder for our daughter's wedding! Stephen was an amazing host and the place had all of the amenities and extra special touches. The location was perfect and we even got some great tips for wonderful restaurants! We would definitely stay here again while visiting the Boulder area!!

A Relaxing Oasis Close to Everything
My family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at the property for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. The pool was great as was the beautiful landscaping throughout the property. The property and neighborhood were very quiet and it was a 10 minute drive into Boulder. It served as a great basecamp as we explored the Front Range. The owners were wonderful and made our family feel welcome.

Excellent, excellent, excellent
My husband, daughter and I stayed at this gorgeous property for 4 nights. We were in Boulder to move our oldest daughter into CU. The location of this home is perfect - quick, easy drive to campus but far enough from the congestion and throngs of people. The interior spaces of this home are gorgeous and the yard was marvelous. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting spaces and the refreshing pool. Inside, we had more than enough space. The beds were 10/10 for comfort and luxury. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were tons of towels and linens in the bathrooms. The property is even more gorgeous in person than the photos. The bonus= the hosts! Stephen and Hunter were so friendly, and kind. It was pure joy getting to chat with them. They gave great recommendations and were very helpful regarding the area. We will be back in Boulder many times over the next 4 years, and cannot wait to stay at this property again. We highly, highly recommend it!

Cherry on Top
A college roommate reunion and a music festival in Lyons had our expectations running high. This gorgeous VRBO was truly the cherry on top. We spent our mornings relaxing in the expertly renovated home and out in inviting outdoor spaces. Our hosts were gracious and helpful. We all offer our highest recommendation.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Stay!
Our family of five had a wonderful staycation! The pool was perfect, the grounds, shrubs and flowers were gorgeous, the house was very comfortable and we had a great time. Just What We Needed
Only stayed for 4 nights, but it was heaven for us and our Colorado grandkids, ages 7 & 9. They love to swim, and the pool was perfect for them. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. They live on the property in the main house, but respected our privacy. We will stay here again.

My parents, wife, and son really enjoyed this home. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities for a great time. Conveniently located about 10 minutes North of Boulder and about 40 minutes south of Rocky Mountain National Park, this place is perfectly situated to experience the region's highlights. Amazing Stay!
Stephan was a perfect host and my family and I had a wonderful time in his ensuite that is attached to his house. We loved everything about the property, including getting to meet a few of his furry friends. The stay was perfect, we could not have asked for anything more perfect. We had a bit of confusion over the 3rd bedroom. It’s really only 2 bedrooms and a futon in a 3rd room. The addition of a featherbed helped some. The pool situation was a bit awkward because it is adjacent to the main house but the weather wasn’t very good so we didn’t mind. It was very clean and the host was friendly and helpful.

CU Family Weekend Stay
Perfect place for our family when we came up to visit our son for Family Weekend at CU Boulder. The rental unit is well appointed and so beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and I was happy to be able to cook meals for my family and hang out all together. You are outside of town but it is a quick drive in to downtown Boulder. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful oasis
We stayed here with our two teen-aged children for a CU Boulder drop off. The location is about 15 minutes from campus and feels like your own personal resort with beautiful landscaping and large pool. Highly recommend

Great Boulder Get-a-Way!

The hosts were very attentive and friendly. Beautiful house and scenery, with a creek in the back yard roaring from the winter snow melt. The appliances and amenities were top notch, but the VRBO dogs were the best amenity :o) Thank you Stephen and Hunter!

Beautiful and clean and comfy! Had everything we needed and our hosts were fabulous- this was the perfect place for us to stay during graduation week! 15-20 mins to the festivities, but it was nice to be away from the crowds when we wanted a little break. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful home!
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids who are 13 years old. The house was perfect for us! The home is very pretty inside and out, very clean, has a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable. The check in process was very easy and the owner was very communicative and super nice. The view was beautiful and location was perfect. It's about 10 mins from all the Boulder hot spots and 40 mins to Denver. We loved our stay here!

Perfect Location for College Visits
We combined our love of Colorado with two college visits and this location was perfect-just north of Boulder. The house was beautiful, comfortable for four of us and our two dogs. The outside area is lovely with outstanding landscaping and natural beautiful. Stephen was a warm and generous host, even making home-made chicken soup for us when my husband came down with a bad cold. The house is attached to the owners' home, but this still provided privacy. We would stay here again!
