Apartment located on the 2nd floor of the Les Chardons residence, in Les Arcs 1800, with 6m² balcony.
Residence occupied mainly by owner-occupiers working in the resort. Parties are prohibited. But there is everything you need in the resort.
The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa (140x190), an armchair and three poufs. Flat screen TV. Internet
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed (160 x 190 cm)
Bedroom 2 has a 90cm bunk bed (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a 90cm trundle bed (two beds possible)

Perfect family apartment for skiing in Les Arc
A brilliant well equipped apartment which was a perfect size for our family of 5 (kids 12, 10 and 8). A little distance from the slopes but that didn’t matter as you can walk through adjoining buildings using the lifts to make your way to the piste. Ideal if you store skis in a shop near the slopes. You can also easily get the bus a 5min trip up the road to Villards and the Transarc lift. The hosts answered all our questions in advance and gave great advice. We will definitely look to book again.

We were staying for a spring ski trip. The apartment is smart, comfortable & well equipped. The walk to shopping centre and skiing is easy, especially if you leave your ski equipment over night in a shop.

Bonnes vacances
Belle résidence que nous avons découvert cette année. Nous avions peur que l’appartement se trouve loin du centre des Arcs 1800 mais pas du tout ! En même pas 10mn nous y sommes et l’accès est très facile. L’appartement est similaire aux photos même si un peu sombre (mais ça permet de le garder au frais l’été). La vue n’est pas dégagée sur la vallée mais donne sur des arbres. Il est très bien équipé et décoré, ce qui permet de ne pas trop se charger dans les baguages. Le garage est un vrai plus ! Il permet de mettre la voiture à l’abri du soleil/de la neige et de ne pas avoir de difficulté pour stationner. Propriétaires très réactifs. Nous recommandons et n’hésiterons pas à réserver à nouveau.

Très bel appartement
L'appartement est neuf, bien agencé, fonctionnel et spacieux. La décoration est soignée. Il est propre d'une manière générale, à l'exception pour nous des alèses des matelas qui mériteraient d'être changées de manière systématique entre les locataires (exemple en fonctionnant avec des alèses jetables). Nous avons toujours eu un contact positif avec la propriétaire, en cas ce besoin celle-ci fait preuve de réactivité pour satisfaire d'éventuelles demandes. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location.

Bel appartement confortable et bien équipé
L’appartement est très cosy et bien décoré. Confort au top avec un lit double de 160 cm, ce qui est fort appréciable. Volets électriques, beaucoup de rangements, belle et grande chambre pour les enfants avec des jeux et livres à disposition. Cuisine bien équipée, grand frigo et congélateur, four, grandes casseroles, plats et poêle, appareils à fondue et raclette, tout y est !

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable en famille. L’appartement est spacieux, joliment decoré et bien équipé. L’accès à la station est simplifié par la présence des ascenseurs. 10min a peine pour rejoindre le centre avec des enfants. C’est parfait. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs en cas de besoin. A refaire !

Appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel. L'appartement se situe en contrebas des pistes. Environ une dizaine de minutes de marche, accessible via des ascenseus. Une navette est également disponible devant l'appartement pour vous déposer aux pistes. Les propriétaires sont impliqués et joignable durant le voyage. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour en famille et nous avons des beaux souvenirs en tête. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. L'appartement est superbe, confortable, entièrement équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour 5 personnes. Les propriétaires sont très bien organisés, disponibles et réactifs. Seuls bémols, de part son implantation, l'appartement souffre d'un manque de lumière naturelle mais ce n'est pas vraiment un problème en cette période de l'année (hiver). Autre petit point faible, si vous venez pour skier, l'appartement est relativement loin des pistes de ski. Pour s'y rendre, 2 possibilités: soit à pieds mais il faut aimer la marche et les ascenseurs (au nombre de 4), soit via les navettes gratuites qui passent toutes les 20 minutes et qui vous déposent aux pieds des pistes ( attention, à l'aller, la navette s'arrête devant l'immeuble mais pas au retour, sauf si vous prenez la navette de retour à arcs 1600). Bref, nous recommandons ce logement.

Appartement complément équipé, vous n’avez qu’à poser les valises ! Calme et spacieux, bonne literie sauf les oreillers (au goût de chacun). Isolation top et nombreux rangements. Peut être un peu loin de la station, il faut compter 10 bonnes minutes entre la marche et les ascenseurs mais ça ce fait facilement et en alternative, la résidence est super bien desservie par les bus qui passent tous les quarts d’heure et jusqu’à tard le soir. Proprietaire réactif et aimable, nous recommandons cet appartement et cette station.

L'appartement correspondait exactement à nos attentes. il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, et même d'une grande TV, qui nous a permis de regarder la finale de la coupe du monde. Un peu de marche pour accéder aux pistes, facilitée par 2 ascenseurs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. les propriétaires ont été très à l'écoute de nos attentes
