Schöner Skiurlaub in tollem Skigebiet und sehr ansprechender Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und von der Aufteilung interessant und ansprechend. Da sie im untersten Stockwerk lag, war sie etwas fusskalt. Die Wartezeiten an den Liften direkt an der Station waren teilweise sehr lang (bis zu 1 Stunde). Der Weg zu den Liften ist für kleine Kinder oder ältere Menschen etwas beschwerlich (ca. 20 Minuten von der Wohnung bis zum nächsten Lift).

Parfait , un séjour au top
De la prise de contact à la remise des clefs et notre départ, Michel a été prévenant, disponible et à l'écoute. Le service de conciergerie est lui aussi très efficace. L'appartement est fonctionnel et Idéal pour une famille. Espaces séparés, proximité des activités, des commerces. Tout est réuni pour un séjour agréable.On reviendra avec plaisir l'hiver.

Appartement au coeur des Arcs 1800
Appartement confortable et bien équipé avec une cuisine disposant de tout le matériel nécessaire. Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 petit de 2 ans. Son petit lit a pu être installé dans la chambre des parents. Le départ et le retour à ski nécessitent une marche entre 100 et 200 m selon l'option choisie. Le propriétaire de l'appartement est très disponible et à l'écoute. Tous les commerces et restaurants sont au pied de l'immeuble. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Hébergement spacieux, propre et bien équipé ( literie de bonne qualité, entre autres). Propriétaire soucieux du confort et de la satisfaction des locataires ( les informations pour les services - location de linge par exemple, ou animations- nous ont été transmises régulièrement). L'accès aux pistes ne peut pas se faire ski aux pieds, mais la distance à parcourir à pied n'est pas très longue, et les commerces sont proches. L'arrivée et le départ sont gérés efficacement ; le prestataire est joignable très facilement.

Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé. nous étions 4 et l’appartement est agréable pour 4, il y a vraiment de le place. Des casiers à l’entrée pour mettre son équipement très appréciable. L’accès n’est pas forcément évident la première fois avec les ascenseurs mais une fois le chemin trouvé on est très rapidement dans le centre des commerces. L’accueil a été fait facilement avec la société des propriétaires.

Une année qui commence bien!
Très satisfait du logement de Michel et son implication dans le processus! L'accueil et l'arrivée se sont très bien déroulées, le trajet jusqu'au village est très simple lorsqu'on arrive en train à Bourg St Maurice. La remise des clés par la compagnie des propriétaires (situé à l'entrée de la résidence) s'est déroulée comme prévue, pas de mauvaise surprise sur les coûts annoncés ! Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, celui-ci est très spacieux et peut largement accueillir 4 personnes sans être entassé. La cuisines est équipée et tout les équipements sont fonctionnels. Enfin le domaine est simplement génial, nous avons pu skier sur les tout le domaine sans problème. Je recommande le logement de Michel et je le remercie pour ce beau séjour!

Magnifique appartement, dans une très jolie station bien achalandée avec des tas de bonnes épiceries, bonnes boulangeries, bons restaurants. L’appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé, très propre, très agréable par contre la vue n’est peut-être pas aussi belle en hiver puisque nous sommes au rez-de-chaussée.

APPART (ET PROPRIO) IDEAL DANS L'OPTIQUE DE BELLES VACANCES
Des premiers pas de la réservation jusqu’au dernier jour, une réservation et une destination parfaite pour de jolie vacances en famille ou entre amis. Un propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute, une description des lieux conformes à la réalité (photos et textes) Appartement en très bon état, bien conçu, couchages parfaits et matériaux de qualité. Idéal pour 6 personnes avec 2 enfants pour que chacun puisse avoir son espace, vous apprécierez la distinction coin repas/coin salon, la cuisine quant a elle, est assez petite mais suffisamment complète et fonctionnelle. Quelques regrets, l'appartement étant au rdc, il manque une "vraie" vue dégagée à cet appartement, le fait qu'il n'y ai pas non plus de balcon permettant de s'installer dehors est également dommage. Sinon, quelques difficultés pour accéder quotidiennement au coeur de la station avec la nécessité de prendre un chemin un peu "complexe". Cela dit, on s'y fait vite et cela permet d'être à l'écart du bruit et des activités nocturnes, cela permet également de charger et décharger aisément les véhicules. En résumé, un super rapport qualité prix et une location vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.
