The property is in a small BĆ©arnais village with all the shops in the suburbs of Pau, the St Jacques de Compostela paths and the international airport 5 minutes away. An 18m salt pool and a large terrace with plancha. will be on the Basque coast and the Landes beaches or otherwise 45 minutes from beautiful Pyrenean hikes.

Maison idĆ©ale pour des vacances : cuisine et vaisselle en adĆ©quation avec le nombre d'occupants, des piĆØces trĆØs grandes pour ne pas ĆŖtre les uns sur les autres, une grande terrasse couverte dehors pour manger avec la plancha, une table de ping-pong Ć  disposition, une grande piscine parfaite pour nager... une tranquillitĆ© au niveau du voisinage...une ferme Ć  cĆ“tĆ© pour les lĆ©gumes, fruits, viandes, boissons Ć  des prix trĆØs raisonnables et une boulangerie Ć  Sauvagnon trĆØs bonne. TrĆØs belle maison trĆØs au calme. Petit bĆ©mol pour la cuisine qui mĆ©rite largement une modernisation ( toile cirĆ©e douteuse, Ć©vier Ć  peine propre). Les chats sont un peu envahissants , on ne peut laisser La porte de la cuisine ouverte ce qui est dommage. Un bravo tout particulier Ć  la boulangerie Galabert, pain et gĆ¢teaux exceptionnels !

Grande maison, confortable, bien Ć©quipĆ©e, avec une superbe piscine, au calme et isolĆ©e. Tres bien situĆ©e pour decouvrir le bearn, le pays basque, les plages de la cote. Tous commerces Ć  moins de 10 min, belles balades et randonnĆ©es autour ( forĆŖt, lac) PropriĆ©taire disponible et Ć  lā€™ecoute, trĆØs bonne rĆ©activitĆ© Ć  nos demandes. Afin que la maison reste agrĆ©able et confort, il faudra faire quelques travaux dā€™entretien et dā€™embellissement. : eclairage de la terrasse, cuisine, quelques petits travaux Ć©lectriques. Les chambres sont toutes trĆØs confortables et spacieuses, bonne literie.
