Spectacular
I have stayed in many vacation homes and this is the best! Everything you could possibly need. Home decor was inspirational. So close to the beach and restaurants. Sarah was amazing, quick to respond to questions. We would love to come back and stay longer next time.

Great location and property
Overall great stay, although the Florida weather was fickle! House was located within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and the beach/pier area. House was cozy and comfortable. Bikes and beach chairs came in handy. We didn't use the pool, but the dogs appreciated the fenced outside space. Sarah was a wonderful host, with some thoughtful welcome gifts and snacks. So nice to have coffee for day one! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Home for the holidays
This was our first family Christmas gathering in a vacation rental, and it could not have been better! I will echo the many reviews before ours - Sarah‘s home is lovingly cared for, immaculate, bright and cheery, and very comfortable. It’s clear that Sarah wants her guests to feel at home and enjoy their stay, and she is attentive to many details in that way. She also is as gracious, kind, and responsive as a host could be. We would not hesitate to recommend her home or return again.

We had an awesome weekend in Jax Beach celebrating our daughter’s wedding. This house was perfect, and had all the accommodations we were looking for. It was so clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. Sarah was quick to respond when I had a question. We definitely recommend this home.

Great Family Getaway
House was great for our family of four! It was spotless and had everything we could need. We only used it one morning but the pool lovely and huge. All of the beds were comfy. Only complaint is the water pressure isn't great so it takes a long while for the hot water to hit the faucets/showers. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Totally Awesome
From making the reservations to checking out was a great experience. Sarah was a stellar host! I went for surgery and treatments at the Mayo clinic which I shared with her prior to arriving. While we were there, hurricane Helena was approaching so she brought supplies of water, snacks, flashlights and food, to help out. She also brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers that brightened my weeks of medical procedures. The place is very well equipped plus some and was spotless. Beds were comfortable and decor was subtle and relaxing. Communication was perfect and enjoyable. The bikes and pool were great to have to get around. Location is perfect as was every little detail. This is an absolutely perfect place to stay! Thank you for everything Sarah! I will be returning for more care and hope and pray this is available. I can not say enough about the experience!

Beautiful Home!
I stayed in this home for a business trip to the Jacksonville area. I was very impressed with how well appointed and clean everything was. The backyard was fenced so my dog could run around, and the pool was beautiful and a real treat to come home to. The front MB was perfectly appointed for a great night of rest with and very comfortable bed and private bath. Would definately return and stay in this home again.

We loved this place. It was very clean and bright and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms and three baths provided plenty of space for our family. Perfect place for my family to take one week and have all my kids meet up with me. We enjoyed it so much we hated to leave.Our emotional support animals enjoyed it just as much. Blue Palm retreat was the perfect home for visit to Jacksonville. The home was nicely decorated , light and airy along with being pristine clean ! Our family enjoyed the location in the quiet neighborhood for daily walks with our dog . The personal touches from the owner was a welcoming touch . Communication was top notch ! We never had any issues , but the communication prior to our stay was outstanding!

Beautiful home and location!
We use VRBO at least once a year, sometimes more and this was the first home that had almost everything we needed! Sarah thinks of everything and makes sure that you feel like you are home. She is also very quick to respond to any questions and never makes you feel like you are bothering her.

We were 4 minutes drive to the beaches, in a quiet established neighborhood. The landscaping in the backyard is tropical and the heated pool was huge. The house is updated inside and very comfortable. The communication from Sarah M was excellent.

This Jax Beach home was the perfect for a family gathering. Had three bedrooms and three full baths. Plenty of space for six adults. Pool is extremely large and perfect for cooling off. House is very clean and we loved the bikes for getting to the beach.

My family and my sister’s family came together to celebrate our birthdays. The house was perfect. Property was clean and well maintained. The owner went above and beyond with insuring all the little details were covered. Even left a birthday card and balloons for my sister and myself. Great Stay!
This stay was just what our family needed. Enjoyed plenty of time relaxing by the pool with our kids and dog. Also, we were close enough to the beach, but not too close. The bikes were a huge plus to have so that we did not have to deal with parking when going to the beach or restaurants. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect Beach House
Everything was fantastic. Loved everything about the house and how close proximity it was to the beach. We were ecstatic when we found out that Sarah provided 6 bicycles, one for each guest, which worked out perfectly!!! We all wished that we were able to stay longer. We will definitely rent this house again in the future!!!
