Our Happy Place is a beautifully remodeled 3/2 condo on the shores of peaceful Lake Hartwell. The unit is in the quiet community of Hartwell Villas just steps from Sadler Creek State Park. The community has a pool, brand new Pickle Ball courts as well as a day dock for boats.
Come relax on the large back porch or make your favorite meal in the modern and upgraded kitchen.
Located about 20 minutes from the quaint towns of Anderson, SC or Lake Hartwell, Ga. You have plenty of options for dining and shopping. The unit is only 30 minutes from Clemson so perfect for game day or 40 minutes from downtown Greenville for a great day out!

The property was exactly what was presented on the on-line listing. Unfortunately, during our short stay there was construction occurring on the second-floor condo. This just gave us the added push to get up and out early each day and explore the towns of Anderson and Hartwell.

Beautiful condo on Lake Hartwell
We were in town for a couple of days house hunting and loved this condo at Hartwell Villas. The view from the windows or from the deck was beautiful and peaceful. The furnishings were comfortable.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and comfortable which helped us relax after driving 3 and a half hours at night in the rain. This location was centered from about 3 different cities and shopping areas. We came for the Diamond Hill Gem Mining but enjoyed Sadlers Creek State Park and the scenery of the area. Well worth it

This was our second stay at "Our Happy Place" and we have been consistently impressed with the cleanliness, quiet space, beautiful wooded lake views, and overall feel of this well-appointed condo! Being an end unit, this condo is right at the edge of the woods & tucked away in a cove on the lake to provide quiet relaxation out on the large back deck area. Fully equipped with top notch, comfortable furnishings and linens that are obviously well taken care of. The owners are fantastic at communicating and responding to questions in a timley manner. Cannot say enough good things about this very special place!

This was a clean and beautiful property. The house and beds were comfortable. Parking was right out front. The views of the lake were beautiful. The host left snacks as well as conveniences of dishwasher and washer pods. Bath towels were fluffy and well cared for. This was a resort-style home. I would definitely visit again.

Refreshing and Relaxing Stay with a gorgeous view!
We’re already planning our next adventure as “Our Happy Place” was perfect in every way! The lake view from the windows was pristine and so relaxing. The back porch was super inviting and the interior decor was spot on. The remodeling was perfect…the kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous!! We utilized this location as our lodging for a parents weekend at Clemson. It’s a nice peaceful drive to get to the condo but yet close enough to go back and forth to Clemson. Property owners were super accessible and answered all of our questions prior to the stay and we didn’t need them at all once we got there - the book in the condo along with initial check in instructions was perfect!
