Immersed in the pine forests of the Triglav National Park, this typical Slovenian alpine house is perfectly located for a family holiday in mountains. River Soca which is according to many the most beautiful mountain riverin Europe, is running at few steps from the house. Although the location is very private and intimate, the nearest shop, bus station, tourist centre, musem and caffe bar are just 200 m away.
Living room with space for dining, a new modern bright kitchen and the bathroom are arranged over the ground floor. The upper floor accomodates two bedrooms, of which one has three separate beds and a balcony, and the other bedroom contains a queen size bed plus a child bed (120 x 80 cm).
From the Soca source to the large gorge and small gorge (Velika korita and Mala korita) are some typical for this valley houses with tile roofs, with external stairs and so very typical wooden corridors on the facade in which often the firewood is stacked picturesque.
The central part of the valley is called Na Logu.
Here you will find the information center of the Triglav National Park with a tourist and mountain guide service, the Trenta Museum and the refuge Dom Trenta.
Called remotely, back of the Trenta valley, Zadnja Trenta, located in Kar Zapotok a 180 m high overhanging rock wall with the highest waterfall in the Triglav National Park.
The most famous gorge formed the Soca Soca near the village, where the 750-meter-long Great Gorge cuts 15 meters deep in some of which only up to 2 m wide gorge.
A little higher is the small gorge, the approximately 100 m long and 6 m deep and in some places only 1 m wide.
