I booked this hotel back in April for a room at the end of May. I received a welcome email thanking me for booking with them. The day of the reservation I received another email regarding their pet policy. Clearly they knew I would be coming. I called the hotel that afternoon to see how late we could check in since we were driving in from another state. I was told there was no record of a reservation. I explained that I received confirmation emails. It was then explained that the hotel I booked was closed and that their other hotel, Bowman Lodge, had no reservation for me. We were due to arrive in North Dakota for the first time in a couple of hours and we had no place to stay, despite making reservations and receiving multiple emails! No one bothered to contact us or anything. We were discarded and if not for my calling to ask about late check in, we would have arrived and had NO PLACE TO STAY. I told the woman on the phone to give us a room at the lodge and she declined. I had to scramble to find another hotel at the last second, instead of enjoying a trip I worked very hard to plan! I’ve never had an issue with any other hotel booked through this site. I was looking forward to staying at this hotel as the ratings were very good. But instead we were discarded and our reservation meant absolutely nothing to them. An absolute disgrace!!!

The public washroom on the main floor was dirty. There was empty cardboard boxes, and a wheel barrow in the hallway by the main stairs. The rug at top of stairs, was very dirty. The rug in the room felt very unclean and damp. The beds and washroom in our room was nicely cleaned.
