Bowral cabin
Secluded cabin “feeling in the woods” but safe enough because the owner lives nearby and I could still hear cars driving pass. Super clean and most important, the place allows pets. I would not go without my furry baby.

Cosy Rustic Garden Cabin
Travelled by train for Bowral Classic Bike Fest. Very happy to be offered early check-in so we could drop our bags & make a cuppa. About 2km walk/bike from town but good footpath along main road or short taxi ride from station. Bed was very comfy after bike ride & exploring historic Bowral. Quiet spot as well back from main road entrance. Garden was pretty with classic old plantings.Simple kitchenette had teapot & coffee plunger great for nice breakfast with goodies from bakery. 11am check-out was great as we got up early for Mt Gibralta bushwalk & still had time for morning tea in cabin. Thanks Sharon.

Sharon was so easy to communicate with as regards location, access to the property and on-site to greet us. Originally we’d booked The Cabin. After a brief chat with Sharon we opted to move into The Nest. Larger accommodation with seperate bedroom to the living area. This obviously is slightly more expensive, but we were happy. It also meant our car was closer to the front door. The furnishings are very eclectic and all our requirements were met. Sharon has been thoughtful to place notes around giving additional information along with numerous tourist information brochures. Free wifi is very handy if needed. The central heating and additional electric heaters were very handy and kept us cosy when the temperature cooled and the rain arrived. The bed mattress was very comfortable. I always take my own pillow, so a good nights sleep was no issue. Loved hearing the birds in the morning and the rain on the roof. The gardens are lovely to wander around and Sharon is happy to chat about what you can spot as regards the wildlife. Visitors just need to be aware that you can only turn left when exiting the property. This onto a dual lane highway where oncoming traffic speed is 70kms. Patience is required! There is also another access road to 3 other properties to the left of the gate, so caution required with that. None of these things are a huge issue you just need to be aware. We had a lovely, stress free few days in a hidden oasis.

Great little spot "the cabin" up the back in Sharon's leafy & private yard. Surrounded by large trees which provide privacy. You are near 2 houses but none overlook at all and we didn't hear from any of them. Set far back from the road with secure gated parking spot so we felt very cosy & safe. Lots of great little extras from herbs from the garden to magazines & books & toiletries. Only downside was that it was a bit dusty but we hadn't booked with much notice so it's understandable that it wasn't given a freshen up before we arrived. Very clean otherwise. Other thing we were surprised by was the front door was glass with no curtain so it felt like it wasn't private at night with our lights on however I'm sure it was. Host very helpful if needed but also given space & privacy

Cabin getaway
The cabin was cute and had a rustic feel to it and Sharon was friendly and helpful in giving us tips on what to do. However, we were disappointed with a couple things. There was no microwave (as advertised) or pot To cook anything on just a tiny pan. Sharon was contacted and a saucepan and apologised. Secondly, the bathroom had used shampoo and soap products in the shower which made me wonder if they had cleaned it before our arrival. The soap should be a pump soap or an unopened bar of soap given the covid times we are currently in.

Beautiful secluded cabin!
This cabin was all we could ask for. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and it was absolutely perfect. Although it was winter we walked into a cosy warm cabin with heaters, electric blankets and hot water bottles! There are no drawbacks to this place - you will not regret staying here! We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for having us Sharon xx
