The 'Farmhouse Sweet Farmhouse' features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious & well appointed kitchen, open concept living / dining area, two large outdoor areas with BBQ grill & seating, plenty of entertaining space, a large yard and a peaceful setting with tremendous mountain views making it the perfect home base for your next vacation under Montana's Big Sky. Only minutes away from the airport, town and the great outdoors, you aren't far from all of the wonderful adventures Montana has to offer without sacrificing any of the conveniences of town. Wi-Fi included.

This single level, remodeled farmhouse has three bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, ample closet space and a spacious bathroom, with dual vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed) share an additional full bathroom. AC is provided in the living area and master bedroom. Fans are provided in the two guest bedrooms.

Enjoy the open concept living and dining area, complete with a humongous kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, gas range and a large island that flows seamlessly into the dining room and living room. The living room has a cozy gas stove that provides plenty of ambiance, and a large, flat screen TV. This space is perfect for entertaining!

Off of the dining room enjoy the BBQ grill and outdoor deck. Off of the living room and master bedroom there is a shared concrete patio with seating for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails. The large yard is private and offers plenty of room for children, adults and dogs to play while taking in incredible mountain views. Star gaze at night and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country.

The Farmhouse Sweet Farmhouse is a one of a kind property that you are sure to enjoy and remember for years to come. Well appointed with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, linens and towels. Washer/Dryer Included with plenty of parking out front. Pet Friendly (dogs only - 2 Max).

The Farmhouse Sweet Farmhouse is located in a peaceful, country setting. It is approximately a five minute drive to Belgrade and ten minutes to Bozeman. Quick, easy access to the Interstate and the airport. Only minutes to the closest public fishing access point on the famed Gallatin River, and only a short drive to the Madison, Yellowstone and Jefferson Rivers. The Biggest Skiing in America, at Big Sky Resort is about an hour to an hour and a half away. Try out the local ski hill, Bridger Bowl, which is about thirty or so minutes from this property. Yellowstone National Park is nearby, as are natural hot springs, horseback riding, white water-rafting, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rock/ice climbing, public hunting and so much more. If you are looking for a quieter day, enjoy the wonderful dining and shopping opportunities throughout the Valley.

AMAZING!!
We so loved staying at the farmhouse!!! Yes...there is a wee bit of construction going on but nothing that would obstruct views or prevent an amazing stay! To be honest, I barely noticed the construction. The home is beautifully decorated, so clean and has all of the accommodations you will need! The beds are SOOO comfy too! Our daughter will be attending MSU and this will be our go-to place to stay when we visit her!! Susan is the property manager and she is a doll! She gave us wonderful recommendations on restaurants, made sure the home was stocked and checked in to make sure we were having a wonderful stay! We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay at the farmhouse. The house itself fit our needs perfectly. There is construction surrounding the house, which the host did warn us about, but unfortunately it took away from some of the views and the photos listed are clearly not current. Other than that, the house was great! Host was very helpful and quick to communicate.

Unexpected
We were very excited to plan this trip. Our son graduated from Montana state on December 15. However, our two daughters had serious issues, not allowing them to come, which made us sad. But the ultimate change in the trip was the fact that my in-laws my husband‘s parents died with in two days of each other the weekend we were there, the place was set up perfectly. It only made us wish everyone was there.

This is the best equipped rental home I have ever stayed at. Suz was 11/10 ok communication, the house was as described, everything worked wonderfully, and the location was absolutely perfect- 15 minutes to the heart of town, 5 minutes to the airport, and fields in all directions with Mountain Views. We enjoyed our visit to the Bozeman area very much. The Farmhouse was a big part of why we had a great time. Nicely located in easy driving distance from the big attractions, in a quiet mostly agriculturally related area. The house itself was very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Nice big yard, open spaces, secluded with nice trees. Its a good spot to do some R&R or as a jumping off point.

Great house!
The house is close to Bozeman and a short drive to Yellowstone. Our family had a great time. The house is beautiful. The property is secluded and we appreciated it so we could play with our dogs in the yard. Highly recommend staying here!
