A+ overall. AAA+ for what you get for the price.
I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay. However, this place far exceeded my expectations, and I gladly would’ve paid more. Had I known everything that it had to offer. There’s a great deli next-door, excellent Thai food, three buildings away, and more importantly, a very comfortable room.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. We especially enjoyed the shower and remote control heat. I wish every facility we stay in would have heat controls and water pressure that worked as well as the Livingston Inn. The motel's long hall reflects the abundance of wildlife in the area. Dozens of great photos of wildlife line its walls.

The room was clean and comfortable and the price was VERYreasonable! We booked with Expedia and paid all but a small fee to be paid at property. The property then also charged us. This double payment has yet to be corrected by Expedia.

Unexpected Gem
What a great spot to spend the night on our way to Kalispell! We saw its ratings were very high and price very reasonable, but we’re still tickled by the availability of books to borrow as we checked in and the cleanliness. Love the cowboy theme. Don’t be thrown off by the parking lot in need of repairs (like most roads in CO where we’re from.

The new electronic door keypad is convenient. The interior hallway to the rooms helps keep things warmer on the other hand the driveway needs attention.

As they say, "don't judge a book by its cover"! The outside of the building needs a LOT of work! There are potholes and the building looks like it needs some TLC and then some. BUT! Once you are inside the room, you think, "Now then, this is MUCH better." Rooms appear completely updated and the decor is very nice. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would return.

The hotel room was clean, and smelled good upon entering. Our room was convenient to get to our car to unload our suitcase and other bags. the only thing that I did not like is the driveway to get into the property. When the gps told us we has arrived we had passed the driveway into to hotel. their driveway is at the travel lodge next door, and when you pass the driveway, it is difficult to find it again.

It has a check put of 10 am...prefer 11 am, like the rest of the other hotels. Rather like a Motel, but cute and quaint. If you have a travel trailer ( we haul) or drive a semi and wanting to stay here...there is really NO parking. There is no breakfast. Place is clean tho.
