Bad beginning but nice accommodations
The place was beautiful but our time started out poorly because they deleted our reservation by mistake and didn't have our Jacuzzi room available. i had changed our original balcony reservation so we would have the jacuzzi, so i was very disappointed. The desk clerk acted like it was our fault because we cancelled the first reservation (which the website told us to do) and he only later admitted one of their workers made an error manually when i told him another clerk told us this is what happened. They offered to compensate us with a bottle of wine but we don't drink alcohol. No other compensation was offered but they did move us into a Jacuzzi room the second night. Continental breakfast was okay. Dinner downstairs of the lodge was good. They have several lawn games and a pool and jacuzzi, and a beautiful view. There were a few things in the room that didn't work but they fixed fairly quickly when brought to their afternoon. Overall we enjoyed our stay other than if we had been thirty minutes later they would have had no room for us, having to move partway through our stay, and an inappropriate comment made by the same male clerk about not having a threesome in the tub.

This property is great for a one night coming from or going to the airport. The breakfast is mediocre but has the basics. Rooms were decent and the beds ok. I wouldn’t want to stay here for longer than a couple of nights. Overall it’s great!

There aren't alot of glamorous places in Gardiner but this place had everything we could ask for. Our room sat on the yellowstone river, beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was pretty helpful for the most part. Good food and a decent bar were right next door. I would absolutely stay here again. Smores at the fire pit were a really nice touch
