Centrally located between the Manatee and Cortez bridges, helpful when trying to avoid traffic on or off the island.

This location was perfect for our stay in AMI, short walk to the beach and a near by supermarket. Susan the property manager was great and very helpful. Comfortable bed and amazing water pressure in the shower. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our long weekend in Anna Marie Island! The apartment was all around great. Would highly recommend to anyone. It was a great location with walking less the 5 mins to the beach. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed our long weekend. Bed was really comfortable. Nice clean and inviting.. It has a Keurig coffee maker. Has all the necessary utensils. Very peaceful and quiet area. Short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed this home on the island. It is perfect for two people. Since it's up for sale, the kitchen wasn't stocked with utencils but we were visiting friends so it didn't matter to us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and real close to the beach. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

Perfect for a family with 2 small kids!
Forget getting a hotel room! This was great, the pool was nice, the laundry room was convenient. We walked to Salt for dinner and spent our days at the beach. The unit is small, but very efficient with the space, and it doesn't feel cramped. The grill outside started on the first click. The unit came with beach towels, a handy little cooler and a beach bag. Chairs were handy in the laundry room. A/C works good. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again and tell our friends to do the same. *We had one small hiccup in our stay with a shower door, but the owner had is resolved quickly and the rest of the stay was so great I barely remember it! *The ice trays are cute in the freezer, but a pain in the arse. In such a modern and beautiful unit it seems silly to go cheap on something so easy. All in all, 10/10 - would stay again. Private, safe location, quiet, perfect for night walks after dinner and so close to the beach.

Perfect Vacation
This little beach cottage was just as described in the listing. Everything was perfect and went perfect. We had an amazing time and were sad to have to leave. We were able to walk to the beach everyday and the property had plenty of beach equipment for us to use which helped tremendously. Also short drive to the grocery store if you want to eat in and plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. We hopefully will be back next year.

Amazing owner/host for the property!

This is a nice property in a great location. Couple of minutes walk to the beach. Good safe neighbourhood unit is perfect for a couple everything you need. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Beach chairs available. Clean updated unit. Although there a 4 units most are separated and its nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend this property

This is a beautifully kept home located within walking distance to the beach. This was the perfect place for our family of 3 to stay in for the week. Having the pool and outdoor table out back was very nice! We hope to be able to stay here again on our next visit to AMI!

This property is just right for two. Very clean,well maintained,bed linens were clean and crisp and a complete kitchen if you wish to stay in and cook. The beach is an easy two block walk away. The area is very peaceful. Great restaurants close by. We had a great stay and will return one day.
