Had to go upstairs with a lot of luggage. Welcome was enthusiastic and not very generous with things like tea bags or coffee pouches- 1 tea bag and 1 decaf coffee which they didn'treplace for 2nd night( had to ask for one). Breakfast was good and the Rollin' Pin restaurant next door was excellent and convenient to walk to ( nothing to do with hotel though). The room was quiet and a good size.

We arrived around 5 pm and the check in took forever. We waited over an hour to get checked in. There were a number of people in front of us and they had list their reservations. Just very poor service.

Smelliest Hotel / washroom has little molds
Hotel stay was quiet, first time you enter in the room, you will be greeted with fresh smelly room. :D i dont mind the other people staying like the other review ( sketchy they say ) but as long as they dont bother them, they will not bother you. i just dont like smelly room and moldy washroom. other than that their price is cheap and you get what you paid for

Neighbour were quite loud late into the night. Which is not against them. Also the room had a smell due to being a smoking room (lol didn’t even think there was such a thing anymore). Which again was my fault for not realizing and not against them. Only real issue was key card would not en outside access door but we worked around it

We stayed here as a group for a kids tournament and when first pulling up to the property the hotel looked old and run down. Upon checking in the process was long as the worker couldn’t find our reservation so while waiting went to use the bathroom facilities in the lobby and it was out of order with a hole in the floor. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was any bedbugs in the hotel and she said people have complained of them but they’ve never seen them. We finally got our keys and went to our room which was old and run down but ok considering others from the team went into rooms with unmade beds and one had a mouse trap in it. The kids had their own room by the desk on the main floor. At 4am there was people outside banging on their window telling them to open the door and threatening them as well. Room also had a smell to it. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast bar was on point except i wouldve liked to been able to eaten breakfast in my room. Most of the staff was friendly but not overly except for a few. However maid service was really bad and wasnt really thrilled that the room wasnt cleaned or restocked. The pool was decent but wouldve liked it to be open till 11 pm.
