Val is absolutely amazing. All the staff did a great job at welcome Inn nice and answering all my questions. We actually extended our stay here because we loved it so much and will definitely be back.

It was a decent room no problems except air conditioner didn't work when we got to the room but they were there in less than 20 minutes and got it fixed! It would freeze you out!

The stay was decent. We arrived later in the afternoon, unpacked our luggage and headed out for shopping. Came back to our room and it was late. We had a room with double beds. One bed was obviously not great, appeared to be broken in the middle. It was late so not mentioned to hotel staff. If anyone had actually checked the room and everything in the room, they would have noticed it. The rest of our stay was good. We checked out right before check out time. The cleaning crew was waiting outside our door for us to leave. I went to the lobby to check out and we left. We had not been gone 5 minutes and the staff called and accused us of taking a bedspread when we left. Did not ask us to check our things but told us we took it. Very rude about it also. Overall it was decent but definitely not the best experience I have had at this hotel.

Excellence stay especially for the price!
We enjoyed our stay. As it turned out, we had the pool hot tub to ourselves and the hot breakfast which included eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy was very good and we were the only ones in the dining room. Our room was very quiet, cool, cool and had a Jacuzzi tub in it and a showerhead that was a massage head and terrific pressure actually give you a massage. It was incredibly reasonable and so if we’re in Branson again, we will stay there. It’s not a new place, but it’s not really rundown either so we would recommend especially for the price!

It was good for the price. The beds were comfortable the pillows were really comfortable. The lady at the front desk to check me in and was extremely rude. There was black mold on the wall by The toilet in the bathroom.

This hotel is conveniently located, but also off the main drag. The breakfast was good and our room was clean.

Clean motel, not great service
I know these things are trivial as the Motel was clean but we have NEVER had these things happen when traveling and we travel alot. There was no maintenance staff on duty and found our toilet clogged and told where we could go to get a plunger, " do it yourself" deal. Do not disturb sign was out when maid came by, went to front desk and was told we could not have fresh towels to use the ones from the day before. Finally went and got us towels from the pool.

For the price point, we were very pleased and will return. The only issues we had were from other guests being rude which was nothing that could have been helped in this case. There was a car alarm that kept going off, kids playing on the stairs at 6 am and a guy banging on a door in the middle of the night. I saw several reviews about bed bugs at several properties. Realistically, they are possible in every and any facility. Check your beds when you arrive and look for signs. Even if you don't see any, take proactive measures to keep your luggage and bags off the beds and floors when you stay anywhere. I saw no signs of any activity in the room we stayed in. The staff was pleasant and facilities in better shape than many places I have seen in the last couple of years across the country.

Loved our stay here! The room was clean and excellent for the price! The breakfast was adequate, but it was the same every day, so it would have been nice to have some variety. But overall I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with a budget, and would stay here again.
