The stay here was really nice. It was quiet and very pleasant. The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good. It’s right in the middle of everything in Branson. The only thing I hated is that they don’t change sheets during your stay. I guess that’s a thing of the past. But overall it’s a nice place to stay. I will definitely use them again.

We paid extra for queen beds, the bed was a full size mattress in a queen bed frame. The corner of the room by the ac smelled of urine. The sheets smelled like dirty feet, not sure they were actually washed.

Some of the pictures used online to advertise this facility is not from the Branson location. The room we were to stay at was dirty and run down in appearance. We ordered/paid for two double beds but the beds were more a twin size. The comforters were dirty looking. My husband found a cockroach crawling across the floor. The lady at the desk offered bug spray but that was a deal breaker for us. We left. If there’s one, there’s more.

Our stay was great. The staff are friendly. Breakfast was good. The pool and rooms are supper clean. Fair priced. Easy access to where we wanted to visit. Overall we had such a great time, mostly because our stay was comfortable. If we come back, this is definitely where we are staying. Love it!

My room was very clean and soundproof. My room was very clean and the a/c in my room worked wonderfully with no a/c odors. I liked the fact I had tile floors and not the musty carpets! Awesome place to stay

Very nice hotel. Had a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Good hot breakfast. Easy access in and out of 76 hwy. We look forward to staying again next time we are in Branson.

Put in a newly renovated handicapped accessible room. Toilet was loose but quickly repaired after we notified front desk. No place to put soap or shampoo in shower. We were told dispensers for shower have been ordered but have not arrived. Lots of flies to deal with in the room. Biggest drawback is proximity of motel to traffic light. Turning left is almost impossible out of the complex and turning right is not easy either as traffic backs up at the light which is beyond the property's control. Staff very responsive and friendly. Breakfast mediocre with limited hot items. A little over priced for what you get.
