For the price, it was good. The staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, mostly clean, quiet. Now the not so good, mattress is hard! I saw this on reviews when i booked the stay and i thought 'how bad could it be?'...that bad! My hairdryer didn't work, carpet needs replaced in hallways, toilet was slow flushing, not very much water pressure in the shower. I'm usually not very pickey, but what did i expect for the price I paid.

Staff members were excellent. Very helpful. The only thing I would change is where the waffle station is in the breakfast area. It gets backed up and then slows down anyone else wanting to get other breakfast items. Maybe keep the waffle irons in a different area maybe put it were the fruit is kept and move the fruit over in that area by the muffins and bagels it might be more convenient

The staff are so customer service oriented from the time you make reservations until you check out. They ALL do their best to make your stay comfortable and to meet your needs. We have stayed there 3 times and many of the same staff are still there over a span of 3-4 years. Great place and people!

Room was spacious and clean. Parking was just down the hall and out the door from our room. And we were on the 3rd floor! Breakfast was very good and they were open as advertised right on time! Really enjoyed the stay.

Nice, but nothing fancy. No problems checking-in and front desk was friendly. Bathroom is small and showerhead is low. My biggest complaint is there was no conditioner, only conditioning shampoo. Location is basically right on the main strip in the theater area

Was very disappointed with this check in, first off I had to wait quite awhile for someone to come to the front desk to check in then the Lady who greeted me had an extremely low shirt on and acted like I interrupted whatever she was listening to on her kitty cat headphones. She gave us our key and we went to the room and it smelled very musky and slight mold smell. I went back down to the office and reported this to the lady and she said ok let’s try another room so she gave me another key and we went to the room and it had a very strong smell of paint(?),musk, and mold. Went back down to the front desk and let the lady know she said she had one more room we could try. She then gave us the last key we went to the room same hall went into the room and this room was so strong like mold we literally walked in the room and right back out because it was so strong. We went back down to the desk to let the lady know she said her manager wasn’t in until tomorrow but she would leave her a note and have her give us a call. Next morning I called the property at 9:30am and spoke to the manager and let her know what happened she told me the lady last night left her notes and she knows what happened and that the lady told her the last room we didn’t even go into we just stood by the door. I told her that is not true at all and I wasn’t a dishonest person and I work for my city and that is not in my character to lie about something like this. Definitely need to improve this property.
