Always a treat to stay at the Lodge of the Ozarks. Cleanliness is top priority for our family, and we have not been disappointed. Friendly staff, and a nice breakfast are a bonus.

We stay at this wonderful hotel every November during their Veterans Day week. We usually love 💗 this hotel. This time was so disappointing since our room was at very end of hotel & near an outside door that slammed all night. Also, there was a room a couple of doors away that they were doing construction when we checked in. You could smell the drywall dust & paint in the hall every time you passed this room.

We Would Stay AGAIN!
We planned a trip to Branson as part of our children's Christmas gift. We went to Silver Dollar City for a full day and then The Butterfly House the next day, followed by Lambert's Cafe-Home of the Throwed Rolls for dinner. This hotel was fantastic! We arrived later in the evening, due to Silver Dollar City, and the front desk was staffed with a nice lady, who explained where our room was, breakfast would be the next morning and pool information. The room was FANTASTICALLY clean as was our jetted tub. The breakfast is perfect for those that like choices. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast strips, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, various yogurts/toppings/fruits. There were also bagels, toast, sweet bread and make your own waffle station. Coffee and "fixings" and juice rounded it all out. Everything was hot and fresh. The entire hotel was homey feeling and clean, including the pool area. There were several places to sit and visit throughout the first floor. I saw some people playing cards after breakfast. Our children swam, while my husband looked on in the pool area. I was able to work out in the fitness center and see the pool area. This was a very nice place to stay and budget friendly.

PROS Staff, all from check-in through check-0ut. Safe.Quiet.Breakfast.Convenient.Easy Parking. Clean. CONS Pillows - six per bed, each firmly stuffed feeling about 20 pounds each. Beds - scoot down about 18 inches for blank hidden in sheet to get over shoulders, mattress stuffing from last customer will probably mold to adult of moderate weight needs by 2nd or 3rd night. Electrical - lamp between beds, AC iffy for good connection, USB broken - at desk 4 AC outlets, 0 USB outlets - 1 AC outlet behind chair TV - slow for start-up - sound level, at highest, will not disturb adjoining room occupants, brings room mates closer together, i.e., each with an elbow on the chest of drawers and a cupped hand around an ear for an enhanced elevated audio experience. But we keep going back for the entertainment value.
