‘Our Nest’, is located in the prestigious gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Resort, has amazing water and golf course views. This one King bedroom condo has been completely remodeled and ready for your vacation getaway. ‘Our Nest’ is just past the Clubhouse and close to all the entertainment options Branson has to offer, making your visit memorable.

Your retreat features a King size private bedroom along with luxury linens and 50” TV.
New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, exception carpet in bedroom.
You have all the amenities of home with fully stocked kitchen to cook up a quick meal or family dinner.

The living room is very comfortable with extra sleeping as the Laz-Boy sofa is a pull out queen sleeper. You will also find a Laz-Boy recliner-to kick back and watch your favorite TV show. The Kitchen, Living and dining area is bright and open. Begin your morning sitting out on the covered deck, sipping your coffee and listening to the soothing water fountain at the pond. This unit also features high speed WiFi for your convenience along with a washer and dryer and another movable wall mounted 55” TV in the dining room. The Grille Restaurant is located on the bottom floor of the clubhouse. We have stayed at Pointe Royale many times over the past 10 years and have always been pleased. This time...not so much. When opening the front door we were hit with a musty, stale smell. After turning the corner into the bedroom we discovered the most likely source. The carpet in the bedroom is just awful. It was old, stained, stiff, and so dirty. We couldn't stand the thought of bare feet on it. Yuck. In addition, the extra blanket at the end of the bed was dirty and had remains of food on it from previous guests. There was also a piece of loose flooring in front of the sink in the bathroom. We were so disappointed in our stay.

Property is as advertised. We have stayed in the Point Royale for years so this was a known location for us to visit. The condo was clean, had your basics if needed and outside on the balcony had very calming sounds of a fountain nearby which was nice. The condo location falls right by the clubhouse that has a great breakfast if you wanted to get breakfast and bring it back to eat in the comfort of your place. Overall very nice and would stay here again.

Nice place for a weekend getaway
Nice place and cheaper than a hotel. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and conversation. This condo only has a few stairs going down to the entry. The pool was just up the hill from the condo. My son enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. Overall a great experience! The Sight and Sound theater is a must see if you go to Branson. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Getaway
I love that this resort had no pressure to visit any ‘timeshare meetings’. That is rare when staying at a resort in Branson. The checkin and out process was simple and quick! The pool wasn’t fancy, but was still nice! There was lots of kids enjoying the water. We enjoyed the lake access from the resort. We would happily stay here again. The only thing that would put this place over the top is if they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. So many places do now, I was a little surprised they didn’t. Lovely property!
