The entire site seemed to be a one woman show. As nice as she was it wasn’t possible to keep up with the place. I had to plug in the AC unit and it did not keep up or cool the room. Breakfast was good but served later than the promised time. No ice machine. Pool closed early. Pretty run down. I’d say it’s seen better days.

Average cheap hotel that is priced above the other average cheap hotels. Not a fan of the vinyle flooring instead of carpet in the rooms. Bring house shoes.

I wasn't expecting too much from the property for the price, but I did book it because it had great reviews. They were definitely misleading for our stay. The person at the front desk, whenever it was actually open, did not seem friendly at all. She seemed kind of aggravated and not welcoming at all. One of the lights did not work and some of the outlets did not work either. The tub was stained quite a bit as was the comforter. The common outside area was filthy with trash and smoking is too close to the non-smoking rooms. We actually left a day early because the beds were super uncomfortable. The office is closed after a certain time, but they did have an emergency number posted on the door. We got there at almost midnight, and the person that I spoke to on the phone seemed super nice and welcoming (even though I woke her up :) ) This is just our personal experience with the stay. It was our first time visiting Branson. We will definitely be visiting Branson again, but will NOT be staying here again. We did not utilize the pool or the breakfast.

We had to change rooms because it looked like diarrhea was on the bed and wall. The pool and game room were closed. The food truck didnt come in, so there wasn't any breakfast. The proper was dirty and ran down.

The check-in was simple. That was the only good thing. The pool was shut down by the health dept. There was blood on the floor and wall by our bed, towel holder ripped off bathroom wall, toilet did not flush properly and appeared to over flow. Floors were sticky and dirty, maggots in garbage can right outside our room, A/C was blowing warm air, no refrigerator in one room, microwave plate missing, toilet was shaking when you sat on it, bathroom smelled like urine, and no toilet paper holder. That was just in one room. The other smelled like urine and smoke. The toilet had toilet paper in it like it was used prior to our arrival. Burn holes in blankets even though rooms were non smoking.

We had late check in, and had notified the hotel ahead of time that we would be late. They gave us a number to call when we arrived to obtain our room key. When we got there, we called the number a few times with no answer. The only way we were able to get a room key is because a former employee of the hotel happened to be staying there and helped us out--he was able to contact the manager and get our room. Once in the room, however, the A/C wasn't working and the hot water handle on the sink was missing--so we had to be taken to yet another room. Not at all impressed with the preparedness of the hotel and staff.

There was no notice that there would be no one at the front desk. I had to call a number several times then they gave me a code to get the room key out of a lock box. Went to the room and it smelled awful the room was clearly not cleaned beds unmade and adult diapers in the trash. Had to call again and have someone then meet and give us a new room which did not look like any of the pictures. The lady was nice enough and the new room was clean it did seem that alot of rooms was setup for apartments for locals.

The rooms were filthy - couldn't find me a room with air conditioning that worked. Air conditioner was filled with mold. pool had been shut down by the county, couldn't use the game room because it was enclosed with the pool. staff didn't understand why i wanted to check out.

Only thing I liked is I had a roof over my head and my kids for a night! Other than that I’d been better off staying in a tent somewhere! The shower was either scolding HOT or freezing COLD!!! The air conditioner was frozen up and even turned off for 8 hours still wouldn’t work! It was 3 of us in the room and only had 1 face cloth and 2 big towels and sign said hang up your towels and reuse them! Definitely want stay there again!

People were smoking all around and floors were dirty like anything. Swimming pool is a small one and closed. Breakfast was over in 15 mins, better hurry or you won’t get anything as they don’t refill freshly prepared items. If you plan to sleep overnight and leave next morning then go here as it’s cheap n affordable which is only good thing about the place.
