Cozy and Well-Equipped Unit with Inaccurate Description
The Vrbo property we recently rented was impeccably clean and well-stocked. It had everything we could possibly need, including laundry detergent, toothbrushes, and extra blankets. However, the description of the property was misleading.
Incorrect Address:
The listing stated that the property was a house, but in reality, it was a unit on the second floor of a house. This was a major inconvenience for our elderly parents, who had difficulty climbing stairs. We were not made aware of this until after we had booked the property.
Amenities:
Despite the inaccurate description, the unit itself was very comfortable. It was spacious, well-lit, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless.
Communication:
The property manager was responsive and helpful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and were quick to address any questions we had.
Overall:
While the property was clean, well-equipped, and had excellent amenities, the inaccurate description was a major disappointment. We recommend that potential renters carefully read the listing and ask clarifying questions before booking to avoid any surprises.
