The price was fair, and the room was big. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen. The Tv was big and included netflix. the kitchen had the basic kitchen ware for cooking use. The apartment also had a balcony with a spectacular view to the hills. The only thing i did not like was the hall way and elevators ;very old .I would definitely book again.

We looked at all the photos before booking and it looked really nice, older, but all the photos showed modern rooms. When we checked in the last, who was very nice, said we had a renovated apartment. We thought great. It has new floors and a badly renovated bathroom. With old hair stuck to the walls. The rest was ripped fly wires, power points having out of the wall(we have 2 young kids). The beds were horrible and jammed in between 2 walls so my husband did not fit at all. And then to top it off, there was no linen or towels. I went to ask why, and was informed it was another 40ā‚¬ if we wanted sheets on the bed. On the plus side, the pool was really good.

Hotellet var meget tomt og diverse restauranter, legelandet til bĆørn osv var permanent lukket. Poolen var dog Ć„ben og ret god. Toilettet pĆ„ det fĆørste vƦrelse var i stykker, sĆ„ vi fik et nyt vƦrelse. VƦrelset var ok, men manglede noget bestik, service etc i kĆøkkenet. Generelt var vƦrelset og hotellet en smule faldefƦrdigt og det lignede mere et spĆøgelseshotel

Stadig en stor byggeplads! Og ingen service, men det er 3 gang vi var her, og vidste hvad vi kunne forvente.Men vi havde denne gang en fuld renoveret lejlighed, som var rigtig lƦkker, og det er dejligt her, og prisen er jo fin i forhold til andre steder i Harzen. Kan bestemt anbefales til bĆørne familier, men husk at reservere " Superior" lejlighed, koster lidt ekstra men det er pengene vƦrd.

Fijn en schoon appartement, alles wat je nodig bent, is aanwezig. Echter mogen de dekbedden wel dikker zijn, dit waren hele dunne dekbedden en zelf beddengoed meenemen. Om het zwembad te betreden koste nogal wat moeite. Er was een bepaalde pas nodig die in het appartement niet aanwezig was en anders bij de lokale vvv verkrijgbaar (geopend ma-vrij).

Et meget skuffende ophold
Da vi ankom var der en kƦmpe byggeplads lige uden for hotellet's hovedindgang - TrĆ„dhegn og vandpytter mv. vi skulle kante os igennem - og det larmede op i mod 85 - 90 db (Meget hĆøjt) - det var ikke beskrevet noget sted at der pĆ„gĆ„r disse arbejder vedr. / pĆ„ hotellet. Da vi kom pĆ„ vƦrelset var terrassedĆøren i stykker, den kunne ikke lukke - blev fĆørst repareret dagen efter. I den Ćøverste kĆøjeseng var der knƦkket lameller, sĆ„ datteren sank rimelig langt ned i hovedet pĆ„ lillesĆøsteren - det er simpelthen ikke i orden. Og sĆ„ var den ene madress i sovevƦrelset sĆ„ blĆød sĆ„ den nƦrmest var umulig at sove pĆ„. Sofaen i "stuen" var sĆ„ beskidt sĆ„ man nƦrmest ikke Ćønskede at sidde i den - en rensning ville klƦde systemet/ rummet. Og ja der var da pool, men om morgen var det stille svĆømning, ingen plaskning/ leg mv. i poolen fĆør efter kl. 15.00 - fĆørst der mĆ„tte der leges i poolen, skuffende. Og sĆ„ lige en knƦkket terrasse stol pĆ„ terrassen, nok nƦrmest livsfarlig hvis man skulle sidde i den. SĆ„ alt i alt meget skuffende for os. NB.: Maden og stemningen i bowlinghallen var fin ! - ENESTE LYSPUNT.
Havde kun video af byggepladsen, sƄ mƄtte tage screen shot af videoen, men det er indgangen til hotellet, set i sin helhed er det meget vƦrre, og sikken en larm fra byggepladsen da vi ankom !

Inden afrejse havde vi fĆ„et mail om at modtage nƦrmere info om tjekin og afhentning af nĆøgler, den modtog vi aldrig. Personalet var sure og vi fĆølte vi var mest til besvƦr. Lejligheden skulle have vƦret med inkluderet hĆ„ndklƦder, det var det ikke. KĆøkkenet er mangelfuldt, der er ingen kĆøkkenknive. Potter og pander er bulede i bunden, og stort set umuligt at lave mad i. Komfuret er brandfarligt, da det er rĆødglĆødende lƦnge efter det er slukket. Lokalerne er slidte og der er forsĆøgt at slĆøre lugten af skimmelsvamp med et meget stƦrk rengĆøringsmiddel, det lykkes ikke. Parkerings forholdene er elendige.

Absolut ikke anbefalelsesvƦrdigt, stedet var faldefƦrdig og pĆ„ ingen mĆ„de vedligeholdt. Det fremgĆ„r ingen steder at det var en stor byggeplads og man ikke kunne parkere, kun pĆ„ gaden. Bygningen var flere steder begyndt at smider i betonen og der var ingen forlystelser pĆ„ stedet som virkede. Selv skopudser maskinen var slidt helt ned. Lejligheden var klam og beskidt, desuden virkede aflĆøb og skabslĆ„ger ikke. Receptionen holder lukket alle dĆøgnets 24 timer, man skal derimod finde igennem en lukket dĆør for at finde en ubehĆøvlet mand som kun synes at man spilder hans tid ved at vƦre der. NƦsten alle lejligheder var ril salg pĆ„ stedet.

Leider mit Kinderwagen sehr schlecht in der Unterkunft.. da viele Treppen sind. Baustelle direkt vor der TĆ¼r leider .. und das Personal an der Rezeption eher nicht GesprƤchig oder zustƤndig. Die Dame vom Schwimmbad war aber sehr zu loben. Sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
