The price was fair, and the room was big. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen. The Tv was big and included netflix. the kitchen had the basic kitchen ware for cooking use. The apartment also had a balcony with a spectacular view to the hills. The only thing i did not like was the hall way and elevators ;very old .I would definitely book again.

We looked at all the photos before booking and it looked really nice, older, but all the photos showed modern rooms. When we checked in the last, who was very nice, said we had a renovated apartment. We thought great. It has new floors and a badly renovated bathroom. With old hair stuck to the walls. The rest was ripped fly wires, power points having out of the wall(we have 2 young kids). The beds were horrible and jammed in between 2 walls so my husband did not fit at all. And then to top it off, there was no linen or towels. I went to ask why, and was informed it was another 40€ if we wanted sheets on the bed. On the plus side, the pool was really good.

Under alt kritik. Måtte ha nyt værelse da vi ankommer. Det nye værelse er snusket i køkkenet. Skulle være til 4 pr., men ikker service nok altid. Stort renorverings arbejde ved hele hotellet. MEGET larm fra morgen til aften.

Spøgelseshotel
Hotellet var meget tomt og diverse restauranter, legelandet til børn osv var permanent lukket. Poolen var dog åben og ret god. Toilettet på det første værelse var i stykker, så vi fik et nyt værelse. Værelset var ok, men manglede noget bestik, service etc i køkkenet. Generelt var værelset og hotellet en smule faldefærdigt og det lignede mere et spøgelseshotel

Durch die Baustelle vor dem Haus extrem laut ab 7 Uhr früh. Fahrstuhl über Pfingsten nur 1 von 2 benutzbar. keine Chance von der 15. Etage nach unten zu gelangen - nur zu Fus

Stadig en stor byggeplads! Og ingen service, men det er 3 gang vi var her, og vidste hvad vi kunne forvente.Men vi havde denne gang en fuld renoveret lejlighed, som var rigtig lækker, og det er dejligt her, og prisen er jo fin i forhold til andre steder i Harzen. Kan bestemt anbefales til børne familier, men husk at reservere " Superior" lejlighed, koster lidt ekstra men det er pengene værd.

Fijn en schoon appartement, alles wat je nodig bent, is aanwezig. Echter mogen de dekbedden wel dikker zijn, dit waren hele dunne dekbedden en zelf beddengoed meenemen. Om het zwembad te betreden koste nogal wat moeite. Er was een bepaalde pas nodig die in het appartement niet aanwezig was en anders bij de lokale vvv verkrijgbaar (geopend ma-vrij).

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einwandfrei. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet großzügig geschnitten. Das ganze Gebäude ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber ist trotz alledem zu empfehlen.

Et meget skuffende ophold
Da vi ankom var der en kæmpe byggeplads lige uden for hotellet's hovedindgang - Trådhegn og vandpytter mv. vi skulle kante os igennem - og det larmede op i mod 85 - 90 db (Meget højt) - det var ikke beskrevet noget sted at der pågår disse arbejder vedr. / på hotellet. Da vi kom på værelset var terrassedøren i stykker, den kunne ikke lukke - blev først repareret dagen efter. I den øverste køjeseng var der knækket lameller, så datteren sank rimelig langt ned i hovedet på lillesøsteren - det er simpelthen ikke i orden. Og så var den ene madress i soveværelset så blød så den nærmest var umulig at sove på. Sofaen i "stuen" var så beskidt så man nærmest ikke ønskede at sidde i den - en rensning ville klæde systemet/ rummet. Og ja der var da pool, men om morgen var det stille svømning, ingen plaskning/ leg mv. i poolen før efter kl. 15.00 - først der måtte der leges i poolen, skuffende. Og så lige en knækket terrasse stol på terrassen, nok nærmest livsfarlig hvis man skulle sidde i den. Så alt i alt meget skuffende for os. NB.: Maden og stemningen i bowlinghallen var fin ! - ENESTE LYSPUNT.
Havde kun video af byggepladsen, så måtte tage screen shot af videoen, men det er indgangen til hotellet, set i sin helhed er det meget værre, og sikken en larm fra byggepladsen da vi ankom !

Hold jer væk, ikke pengene værd
Inden afrejse havde vi fået mail om at modtage nærmere info om tjekin og afhentning af nøgler, den modtog vi aldrig. Personalet var sure og vi følte vi var mest til besvær. Lejligheden skulle have været med inkluderet håndklæder, det var det ikke. Køkkenet er mangelfuldt, der er ingen køkkenknive. Potter og pander er bulede i bunden, og stort set umuligt at lave mad i. Komfuret er brandfarligt, da det er rødglødende længe efter det er slukket. Lokalerne er slidte og der er forsøgt at sløre lugten af skimmelsvamp med et meget stærk rengøringsmiddel, det lykkes ikke. Parkerings forholdene er elendige.

Absolut ikke anbefalelsesværdigt, stedet var faldefærdig og på ingen måde vedligeholdt. Det fremgår ingen steder at det var en stor byggeplads og man ikke kunne parkere, kun på gaden. Bygningen var flere steder begyndt at smider i betonen og der var ingen forlystelser på stedet som virkede. Selv skopudser maskinen var slidt helt ned. Lejligheden var klam og beskidt, desuden virkede afløb og skabslåger ikke. Receptionen holder lukket alle døgnets 24 timer, man skal derimod finde igennem en lukket dør for at finde en ubehøvlet mand som kun synes at man spilder hans tid ved at være der. Næsten alle lejligheder var ril salg på stedet.

Leider mit Kinderwagen sehr schlecht in der Unterkunft.. da viele Treppen sind. Baustelle direkt vor der Tür leider .. und das Personal an der Rezeption eher nicht Gesprächig oder zuständig. Die Dame vom Schwimmbad war aber sehr zu loben. Sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir waren als Familie, mit 2 Kindern angereist. Das Gebäude ist zwar von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber von innen war es sehr sauber und es wurden noch Renovierungsarbeiten vorgenommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
