The 2-room apartment (with Wi-Fi Anschlauss) is located on the tenth floor / house 1 in a sunny south facing with stunning views over the mountains and forests in the area. The swimming pool of the hotel complex is included in the apartment price.

The 50m² holiday home sleeps 2-4 people. A bedroom with two single beds (200x90), which can be pushed together as a double bed. 2 additional beds (180x200) - intended for a "short stay" - are available on the sofa bed in the living / dining area. The apartment also has a living and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, etc.), bathroom with shower and a balcony / loggia over the entire 6m long window front.

Parking is available outside and / or in the parking garage free of charge. Restaurants and shops can be found in the center and within easy walking distance. Outside the apartment complex there is a miniature golf course and a playground. For the winter a toboggan slope directly at the house and for sports and active vacationers, there are destinations in the vicinity: For - cross-country skiers - are only a few minutes away trails with interesting route available. For - downhill skiers - is the Wurmberg (971m above sea level) in Braunlage, with its snow cannons and the total of about 12km of ski slopes (longest descent 4km), with gondola and / or chairlift, only about 15 minutes away. In addition, you can reach in about 15 minutes by car - a mountain bike course - with a challenging route (start is on the summit of Wurmberg).

The building has a lobby with bar, TV-Sky facility and Wi-Fi. In addition, the use of the indoor pool in the building (22x8m) is included in the apartment price. The house also has a sauna, a massage and physiotherapy practice. A bread delivery service is available at the reception.

Sehr schönes Apartment
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment (Nr. 326) war genau so wie beschrieben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Ausblick (10. Etage) war super und wir konnten nach einen erlebnisreichen Tag, auf dem Balkon die Abende genießen. Noch einmal Danke an Herrn Quast und Herrn Siemer, es war ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Der buchbare Brötchenservice war ein echtes Highlight. Alles was helemaal goed. Je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het is aanwezig in het appartement. En het was heerlijk koel in de slaapkamer. Óók omdat het in Hohegeiss niet zo warm wordt als elders in de harz. Communicatie met dhr Siemer was goed. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf in dit appartement dat nog steeds een prachtig uitzicht heeft op een groene Harz. Als je naar de Harz gaatm houd er dan wel rekening mee dat je heel veel dode sparren zult zien. Daardoor zagen wij in deze periode wel velden vol met prachtige paarse en gele bloemen, maar dat verschilt natuurlijk per jaargetijde.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon.Das Hallenbad haben wir jeden Morgen genutzt.Im Ort leider wenig los .Zum Einkaufen muss man schon nach Braunlage oder so fahren.

Schnuckelige Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick
Wir waren eine Woche zum Wandern in Hohegeiß und die Wohnung war perfekt dafür. Klein aber fein und vor allem sauber. Auf dem Balkon kann man in die Weite des Harzes schauen. Besonders gut hat uns der Service des Hausmeisters gefallen und dass die Wohnung einen Kofferwagen hat.

Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Den Gast erwartet eine gepflegte, helle Wohnung – liebevoll eingerichtet - mit moderner zweckmäßiger Ausstattung und toller Aussicht. Ob spezielles Küchengerät, Lesestoff, Spiele, Balkonmöbel oder div. Material für kleine Reparaturen – es ist gut vorgesorgt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir planen einen weiteren Besuch im nächsten Jahr.

Probleme
Die FeWo ist im Haus 1, 10. Etage - Baustelle vor den Häusern und in den Tiefgaragen Deck 1 und 2 - da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren, hat uns der Baulärm nicht tangiert. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Baulärm kaum zu hören. Die Bautätigkeit endet nachmittags und die WE sind ohne Bautätigkeit. Unangenehm ist das Treppensteigen bei defektem Lift. Davon gibt es zwei im Haus, einer funktionierte nicht, der andere nicht oft. Trotz Baulärm und Liftproblem gibt es 5 Punkte auf Lage und Umgebung, denn das hat mit den beiden Problemen nichts zu tun. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt - jederzeit wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung war echt prima mit super Ausblick aus der 10. Etage. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Von den derzeitigen Bauarbeiten draußen hat man dort nichts mitbekommen. Die Kontakte zum Vermieter und zum Verwalter waren sehr gut, es hat alles wie vereinbart geklappt. Die Wohnung an sich können wir sehr empfehlen.

Tolle große Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick
Es waren zwar nur wenige Tage, aber diese habe ich in der schönen Wohnung genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, toll modern eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung ist freundlich hell in Südlage mit einem trauhaften Ausblick von der 10. Etage auf die Berge. Die Betreuung der Wohnung durch den in der Anlage wohnenden Herrn Siemer ist perfekt! Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für alle Belange. Ich werde bestimmt wieder nach Hohegeiß kommen. Übrigens, von dort ist man schnell in Braunlage und auf dem Wurmberg. Auch den Ostharz erreicht man schnell über Benneckenstein, wo man beim neuen Edeka-Markt auch gut einkaufen kann. Also auch eine Toplage!

Wunderbar!
Unser Kurzurlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung mit dem herrlichen Ausblick war wunderbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Herr Siemer sehr nett und die Schlüsselübergabe sowie Abgabe gestaltete sich unkompliziert. Von den massiven Bauarbeiten, die z.Zt. in dem Komplex getätigt werden, haben wir in der Wohnung absolut nichts mitbekommen! Das Schwimmbad, das von einer unglaublich freundlichen Dame als Aufsicht betreut wird, hat uns ebenso sehr gut gefallen. Rundum war es sehr schön und wir können einen Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten schöne 5 Tage, trotz des schlechten Wetters. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und es war immer jemand zu erreichen, falls etwas war. Das Highlight ist das Schwimmbad im Haus, so das wir damit die Regenphasen gut überbrücken konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung hat eine hochwertige und riesige Ausstattung, es gibt nichts, das fehlt! Wir haben noch nie in einer so sauberen FeWo gewohnt!!! Der Kontakt zu dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort funktioniert einwandfrei. Der unverbaute Ausblick in den Harz ist spektakulär! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Schöne und ruhige FeWo
Für unseren ersten Urlaub im Harz haben wir uns diese FeWo ausgesucht und die Wahl nicht bereut. Sie ist komfortabel und mit (fast) allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: Bequemen Möbeln und Betten, einen schönen Bad und einer tollen Aussicht. Nur einen Backofen und ein Gefrierfach haben wir manchmal vermisst, aber das war ja auch nicht bei der Ausstattung angegeben. Das Gebäude ist ein ehemaliges Hotel, das teils sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und derzeit nach und nach saniert wird. Dadurch sind bestimmte Einrichtungen geschlossen, wie das Restaurant und die Bar im Haus (dafür gibt es ein Café). Gerade das Parkhaus war etwas abenteuerlich, da es aktuell bis auf das unterste Deck gesperrt ist. Uns hat es gereicht, zumal es auch noch reichlich Parkplätze außerhalb des Gebäudes gibt, aber der Ersteindruck war durch die Bauarbeiten und den Lärm natürlich nicht so gut. Glücklicherweise war die FeWo auf der abgewandten Seite von den Bauarbeiten gelegen und mit guten Fenstern ausgestattet, so dass wir dort von dem Baulärm nichts mitbekommen haben. In der Nähe gibt es einige Geschäfte und Restaurants, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Für weitere Entfernungen und die vielen interessanten Orte der Region ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Eine größere Auswahl an Prospekten mit Reisezielen und Wanderrouten gibt es in der FeWo. Auch nützliche Dinge sind vorhanden, die wir in anderen FeWos nicht vorgefunden haben, z.B. etwas Werkzeug, Nähzeug oder auch eine große Auswahl an Büchern und Spielen für schlechtes Wetter. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Quast und seinem Vertreter vor Ort war freundlich und entgegenkommend. Eine Änderung der Buchung hatte etwa problemlos geklappt, so dass wir den Urlaub entspannt antreten konnten.
