Hotel itself is quite nice. Access is tricky and the total absence of instructions made it hard to find the hotel itself and then the car park. Apparently direct bookings get instructions - so unfortunately Expedia customers seem to be regarded as second class patrons.

Check in was terrifiying. Booking code I was sent did not work. No receptionist was there until 5pm. It was 0 degree outside and I had to to wait more tham an hour for the receptionist to come. If they have a partntime receptionist then they have to make sure that the booking code theysend for self check in should work. Terrible experience.

Perfect city stay
Perfect hotel for a city stay. The parking underneath the hotel is really convenient and the city center is within walking distance. Of course it is B&B style with minimum staff and a code for everything, but is has everything one needs. The city center with many restaurants is only 10-15 walking minutes away. I would and will use it again.

Ich war über ein Wochenende Gast in diesem Hotel und muss sagen, dass ich im Großen und Ganzen ziemlich zufrieden war. Pro: Rezeptionist mega freundlich, Reinigungskräfte halten sich an das "Nicht-Stören" Schild, kein nerviges Check-Out, zentrale Lage, sicher auch Nachts durch die Codeeingabe am Eingang, kostenloses Parken Contra: Bett war sehr ungemütlich, mein Zimmer war etwas unruhig weil es auf die Hauptstraße mit viel Verkehr geguckt hat, Wände sind insgesamt etwas dünn ich habe auch stark die Nebenzimmer und Gäste auf dem Flur gehört, nur begrenzte Parkplätze verfügbar Falls ich in Braunschweig nochmal ein Hotel brauche könnte ich mir vorstellen nochmal im B&B zu nächtigen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht von unserem Zimmer gehabt. Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis hervorragend. Personal war freundlich und Tiefgarage ein Pluspunkt. Man sollte sich jedoch vorher informieren, wie man zu dieser gelangt.

Vi havde en fin, billig overnatning på gennemkørsel. Sengene var gode og værelset fin størrelse til os og vores to store børn. Der virkede rent. OBS! Intet sted at holde ind for at nå receptionen (så vi kunne få anvist, hvor bilen kunne holde) min mand flakkede rundt på vejene, mens jeg tjekkede ind og fik anvist parkering. Vores værelse og wc lugtede ubehageligt, men for en enkelt nat har vi prøvet værre.

Dårlig service men OK værelse til en enkelt nat
Vi ankom til morgenmad 20 min før lukketid, og blev mødt med en sur ældre dame. Da hun så os, kiggede hun surt på uret. Vi var bestemt ikke velkommen der. Morgenmad var meget basic (brød, smør, ost, skinke, yoghurt, kaffe/the). Hvis man er i bil, er det umuligt til at finde ud hvordan kommer man ind, da der ingen parkering ved siden af. Det er kun efter man tjekket ind, får man adgangskode til parkeringskælder. Vores værelset (og alle familie værelserne) var ved siden rengøringspersonale rum. Der var larm/snak/smækkede dører fra morgen stuen.
