You absolutely cannot beat the location! Literally a one minute walk to QuickSilver lift across the street at base of Peak 9 (Maggie Pond) and steps to Main Street, Historic Downtown Breckenridge! Far, Far better than ski in/ski out. You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to lift, restaurants, bars/Pubs, clubs, shops, etc.!

The complex has common/shared Hot-Tub Jacuzzi, Laundry Facilities, Free Heated Garage Parking. It is not only steps to all restaurants, shops, pubs, etc., but is also steps to the lift, which is right across the street, less than a minute walk!. There are also two equipment rental shops ground floor. They provide skis and board rentals in winter and bicycle rentals in summer. Don't worry about early check-in. The ability to park in a warm garage to prepare for the first day of skiing as well as going straight from the slopes to the road was a pleasant surprize! Rent ski gear from Blue River - they are in the building - great prices online in advance. Short 5 to 10 min walk to Peak 9 lift. Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant also in the building - great food!

I picked this condo because of the reviews I'd read and let me tell you, it was indeed a perfect location. You do not need a car while staying here. My son and I stayed here and it was absolutely perfect. It is fully stocked and within walking distance of everything with a beautiful view of downtown. Quicksilver Lift is less than a 5 minute walk from the door. We rented skis and boots from the ski rental at the base of Peak 9 and left our skis there at the end of the day so we didn't need to carry them back to the condo. Communication with the owner, Jeff was superb. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Should we return to Breck someday, this will be the condo we rent:)Thank you Jeff, for a perfect ski vacation!!

Incredibly nice and responsive host. Awesome location, right in heart of everything which made our time very relaxed. Only word of advice, (and this is NOT a negative about the place or the host - because this was totally my fault) when parking in garage make sure you don’t park slightly crooked or at all on the yellow lines because you’ll get a tow warning sticker.

My wife and I stayed here as part of a Colorado trip we were making. Jeff the owner was super nice and communicated well for the arrival instructions. He also came up from Denver to fix the ceiling fan in the bedroom and an issue with the garbage disposal when we were there - asking first of course. Views from the back deck were incredible.
