If you don’t want to walk, then just hop on the free shuttle bus to the slopes located just outside of the complex. This nicely furnished condo comes with a private heated parking garage, access to on site laundry facilities.

AMENITIES – You will find two bedrooms in this property that includes a master queen bedroom as well as a king bedroom. With new updates throughout, this cozy condo comes equipped with a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa in the living room and an electric fireplace in the master bedroom, two flat screen TVs with DVD players and a fully stocked kitchen. Marvel at the magnificent ski area views from the dining area or while sitting on the private balcony!

Had a great stay. Early July and the weather was mild so the condo stayed at a comfortable temp. Parking garage was nice to have. I walked everywhere I needed to go including gondola and Troll Trail. Wood construction building would be noisy if neighbour upstairs were present.

The place was fine- great location. The main issue we had was the construction of the complex. If we had know there was construction we would have chosen another location. It was loud and every morning it started before 7 am. We also did not have the correct code for the dumpster.

Simply amazing!
This property was perfect for our family’s ski vacation! It’s a good size, has everything you need to cook and relax after a day of skiing. It’s in the center of town so it’s a great place to take walks in town. The view from the living area is fantastic! The kitchen was well equipped.

Clean and perfect for what we needed
Hosts were terrific. Place was clean and convenient to town. Able to walk to restaurants and shopping easily. Garage parking is very tight if you have a texas truck. Having to take keys back to Frisco is inconvenient if you are headed the opposite direction when checking out. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

The owner Gary was amazing to work with! Very responsive and helpful in answering our questions as well as providing suggestions for our family entertainment in Breckinridge. The location of the property was about 2 blocks from Main Street. I’m not overly impressed with property management company, Pinnacle. We didn’t receive our contact until a few days prior to leaving Minnesota. Gary was instrumental in helping us obtain the necessary paperwork. The property seemed outdated. The walls are not well insulated as you can hear your neighbors moving around. The toilet in master bathroom would not always flush, which is a major disappointment for me. Couldn’t locate the thermostat so it was always too hot for sleeping. We ended up leaving a day early to stay in a hotel because I needed quiet and comfortable temperatures for sleeping before traveling back home. I would suggest buying groceries in Denver, because there aren’t a lot of options in town.

So close to everything and the views are outstanding
The Condo was more then we expected. The fact it was so close to everything, we never used our rental car except to go to a dinner show 12 miles out of town. The condo had everything we needed the check in was so easy. The pool was out of service, but the hot tub and sauna were fantastic. Very nice size kitchen with plenty of pans, pots and cooking needs. The patio has such awesome views of the slopes and I am sure it is even more awesome in the summer. The electric/gas fire place in the living room really puts out a lot of heat and it looks amazing in the evenings (the timer on the fireplace is really a great feature). The owners were so easy to contact if we needed anything (which we didn't) and gave us all the information we needed before arriving. We will be using this condo in the future when we check out the summer time in Breckenridge. Being so close to everything was the best feature on this condo. We walked to everything and hopping on the free shuttle was one block from us. I would recommend this condo and give a 5 Star to the owners, it was more than we expected and we travel 10 to 14 times a year, this trip was one of our best and the condo/location/ease was one of the main reasons. WE WILL BE BACK
