Welcome to our family owned cabin the "Lazy Bear" in the '5 STAR RATED' Tiger Run Resort in Breckenridge Colorado. Tiger Run is a secure gated community located between historic Frisco and World Famous Breckenridge Ski Resort. We have unmatched views of the '10 Mile' mountain range. Tiger Run is truly a one of a kind with secluded and private cabins bordered by the Swan and Blue rivers. Our onsite management staff impeccably maintains the common grounds, flower gardens and the 12,000 sf Clubhouse with heated indoor pool and two hot tubs. Newly updated game/video arcade for the kids. Tiger Run offers guests Pickle Ball, Tennis, Basketball, Sand Volleyball courts.

Come visit our little piece of heaven in the mountains of Breckenridge. It's like "Summer Camp" for adults. Our Chalet is one of the premier properties here in Tiger Run. We have one of the more spacious Chalets offered here in our resort. We can comfortably host 8 of your family members or friends in our Chalet. We offer you 2 master suites, 4 double beds. We are also just across the street from the 12,000 sf Clubhouse.

Our cabin was custom built by Amish craftsman that features an interior that's warm and inviting. We have a large covered multi-level deck with gas fire pit table, bbq grill, gas patio heater and covered from porch for you to kick back and relax. We also provide free 500+ mbps WiFi from anywhere in our cabin. We have a flat screen hi-def smart TV in the living room . Also, we have fully furnished kitchen and appliance package that include all small appliances and coffee maker. We also provide a washer/dryer with soaps fabric softeners . Nice break from Texas heat
We have been to Breckenridge many times and really enjoy the surrounding area. This time we traveled with our dog and had to find a place that allowed pets. This was the perfect solution as we preferred a house instead of a condo or apartment. Great location between Breckenridge and Frisco and a dog friendly neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. The house was perfect and had everything we needed including a great outdoor covered patio. Also enjoyed riding around the neighborhood in the golf cart.

The chalet is very clean and comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio/decks and spending time around the fire pit table. Communication with the host was excellent!

Our family of 5 plus a dog stayed here in the Summer and we really enjoyed it. We have stayed at 5 Vrbo’s this month while traveling Colorado and let me tell you, this cabin was by far the cleanest and most organized. Shoutout to the housekeeper! The kids loved getting to ride in the golf cart, swimming in the pool & hot tub, and playing at the little arcade across the street at the clubhouse. Just keep in mind, there isnt really a backyard, it’s a fenced in deck so you are really close to your neighbors. Overall we really enjoyed this cabin, location as well!

We really enjoyed staying here! We were able to have breakfast as a family and had enough space for us. The jack and jill bathroom worked really well for us (we loved that we could alternate showers from each side which made showering quicker). We traveled here for a wedding over 4th of July and didn’t know that there would be a golf cart parade or a lunch cookout at Tigers Run! It was awesome! Family did use the pool and the workout center and they seemed really happy. We did take the golf cart for a quick spin and it was quite fun as well. Thanks for a good stay!

This place was amazing! The location was perfect with a short drive into Breckenridge. Views from the place are also amazing and there were a couple hiking trails nearby. The outdoor patio space was a hit with the cooler nights. Would definitely come back!

This is a wonderful and incredibly well designed, well stocked and super comfortable home and we can’t wait to make another return visit! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great weekend! We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a surprise was you have to pay $7 for a third vehicle to park by the overflow parking. But it was worth it for the beautiful cabin!

We had a great stay at this cabin in Tiger Run. The location was perfect for skiing Breck, Keystone and Vail. The free bus to Breck was easy to access at the end of the entry road. The cabin itself was very clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. We had a group of 5 adults and were very comfortable.

Perfect cabin in the perfect location!
Beautiful cabin with every amenity imaginable. Everything was spotless and new. My family enjoyed the large back deck, large kitchen with every appliance you would need and the clubhouse with indoor pool right across the street. We visit Breckenridge/Blue River often… And have stayed many places. This cabin is the best. We will definitely plan to reserve again soon. Thank you!

Cozy Ski Mountain Getaway
I found this super cute log cabin style house while planning a short ski trip to Breckenridge, CO. This place was absolutely perfect!! The house is easy to get to, super close to downtown, and a short 5-minute drive to the parking lot for the gondola! The owner is super friendly and answered my questions quickly. This house is truly a treasure, and we cannot wait to plan another trip back! 10/10 stars!

Group of six adults had a great ski trip based here - convenient to Breck, Copper, Keystone, and A-Basin. Common space was great, kitchen spacious and exceedingly well provisioned (appliances, consumables, pots & pans, dishes). Bedrooms cozy and comfortable; lofts very functional for those able to navigate the ladders. Washer and dryer in the unit a big plus. Outdoor space is outstanding and well equipped with heaters; rec-center conveniently close and quite nice, with a pool, two hot tubs, a game room and (not seen by me) fitness equipment.

The cabin is stocked with amenities and very clean. It's a beautiful home. The living room and kitchen area was very roomy. The only criticism is that the ceilings in the loft space are low, and the downstairs bedrooms are small, which has a slight cramped feel. The owner was very responsive with all communication.
