This retreat offers plenty of perfect surprises, including 2 balconies, 3 gas fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, and a patio area with a fire pit. The BreckConnect Gondola will take you Peak 7, Peak 8, and downtown.

Perhaps the most sublime feature of this retreat is the 3rd-floor balcony with its extraordinary views of the Tenmile Range and Breckenridge Ski Area.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the luxurious Shock Hill subdivision of Breckenridge. This is arguably the most desirable, high-end neighborhood in all of Breckenridge. Shock Hill is located in between downtown Breckenridge and the base of the ski area. The best part of Shock Hill is the gondola stop, which takes you to downtown Breck, Peak 7 and Peak 8!
Getting Around:
The home is steps away from the gondola which can take you to peak 7, 8 or downtown. There is also a free bus shuttle in town that will take you anywhere you wish to go. Uber and Lyft are prevalent in Breckenridge.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.
Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it’s drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
