The home and gardens are beautiful and very peaceful. The views are amazing from all rooms. The kitchen is well stocked. The gardens are amazing and are not reflected in the pictures of the house on VRBO.

WOW! What an amazing property and home. Relaxed luxury is a apt description as it is so well appointed, so spacious and so luxurious and yet so inviting and relaxing. The main suite is stunning with a spa bathroom that one does not want to leave. The upstairs four bedrooms are great; one with a bonus room attached that was perfect for my Daughter's one year old. It was a perfect spot for my 60th birthday. So very generous of the owners to offer up their home for us to experience. Thank you. The only hiccup was we didn't have the gate or alarm code at check in (didn't know we needed them) so there was some stressful moments - I am sure the mgmt company won't let that happen again. It could not have been better - had high expectations and they were wildly exceeded!

We had a perfect gathering for our family. A spacious home with multiple seating areas as well as spacious dining. Well appointed kitchen / supplies. The Gardens, direct access to the ocean water made it a very pleasant stay. Loved watching the wildlife, ocean tide and sunrise/sunsets. Thank you for the use of your home for a special occasion

Gorgeous property.
Architecturally, a beautiful property and building close to the water. This is a prime piece of real estate on the point that protrudes into the ocean, with views of water activity both man made and natural. The rising and falling tide gives a changing view of the water line as seals and otters swim by. The house is beautifully appointed and the surrounding landscaping is amazing and well maintained. On Saturday night you can relax and watch the fireworks from Butchart Gardens from a vantage point in your own backyard. Phenomenal!

Family Memories of A Lifetime
This place exceeded our expectations! The memories we made at this spectacular place will never be forgotten! We were there to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. We saw dolphins, seals, and Orcas, cooked beautiful meals using the outdoor kitchen, played yard games, and enjoyed the jacuzzi every night! If you want a place to really just enjoy nature and relax this is the place for you!

Communication with property managers could have been more responsive. I needed to reach out several times to arrange for a space preview before occupancy. I understand it was an unusual request, however, for the money spent, I didn't expect to have to chase people down as much as I did. The property, no doubt, was lovely. :) The living room (seating area) was a bit smaller than the photos portray, but we managed to squeeze into it without complaints. Two clear areas for improvement: 1) Our chef had significant issues with controlling the temperature of the oven. He was quite upset about it. I recommend you have it serviced or replaced. 2) The coffee machine/grinder was a mess. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time, and was not operable. Disappointing. My team expected to be well caffeinated and we had to rely on the backup drip filter machine which was below expectations. Other than that, overall high marks for the facility. Our objectives for holding our annual summit were met and everyone left the three days of meetings feeling positive. Thank you for renting the space to us. Sincerely, tz. P.S.
