You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Ideal house for a family, 100 m away from a sandy beach, shops and restaurants

The accommodation is in a modern house and we take pride in keeping it clean and well maintained and fully equipped for your holiday. There is a living room which includes the kitchen area and French windows onto the garden. Also downstairs there is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a cot available, which is kept dismantled under the double bed. For the security of our younger visitors, there are stair gates installed at the top and bottom of the stairs that can be used if necessary. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.

At the back of the house there is an 'abri' in which you will find the washing machine, parasol, beach umbrellas, barbeque tools and charcoal, among other things.

The garden has decking with a table and benches for al fresco meals, a barbeque and a bicycle rack.

The house is situated in a private pedestrianised 'residence'. There is an allocated parking space in a car park with a remote controlled barrier.

There is a swimming pool solely for the use of residents and visitors which is open from mid-June to mid-September. The code for this is in the house, where we also keep as much information as possible to help you enjoy your holiday This includes several maps of the area for your use.

Family week in the Vendee
Ideally located near the beach, and bars and restaurants. The house was ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The garden is a lovely size with a lovely BBQ and garden furniture. The weather was perfect. Excellent communication ahead of our visit and the check in and out was very smooth. Highly recommended.

A delightful and very well equipped property. Situated close to the beach, bars, restaurants and the ice cream shop. Judy and Steve have thought of everything, including the sack truck! If you are thinking about booking this property, do it. We’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely holiday home! We have stayed in many self-catering places over the years in different countries and I think this was the best equipped of them all. Sharp knives!! It might seem a small thing, but can be frustrating when knives are blunt... But not only that - there were items to use on the beach and around the pool, plenty of crockery, a luggage trolley, even a small chest freezer!! Thank you so much for letting us stay for two weeks. It was the perfect base to explore the area. A great location and our girls loved walking up to the boulangerie each day to get croissants and bread. We may well be back...

We enjoyed a wonderful week of cycling, snorkeling and swimming. As a family of 2 adults and 2 children this was an ideal house. Surprisingly cosy and very well equipped. Close to the beach and Boulangerie so our boys aged 12 and 9 were able to go off and check on the tide and pick up breakfast by themselves. It was great being able to get onto cycle paths so close to the house and cycle along the coast. The position of rocks in the sea meant that at certain tide times a sort of lagoon was produced, making it perfect for paddle boarding which was an unexpected bonus! Very quick responses from owner. Een fijn klein huisje dat qua locatie alle troeven heeft: dicht bij de kust, zwembad, horeca en shopping. Minpunt: gebrek aan wifi. Dit stond niet vermeld in de advertentie, maar afwezigheid ervan evenmin. Als je er met pubers logeert, is dat een onaangename verrassing, zeker omdat de verbinding ook zeer slecht is. Communicatie met de eigenaars verliep zeer vlot en vriendelijk.

Super location pour un séjour sans véhicule !
Emplacement ideal pour cette location qui est proche de la mer, des pistes cyclables, des commerces et qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture au parking toute la semaine ! Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et découvert la Vendée avec un superbe temps ! Le logement était au top avec un emplacement idéal par rapport à la mer, juste il manque un petit peu d'intimité sur terrasse arrière et nous pensions que des vélos étaient disponibles mais nous avons mal compris l'annonce, sinon rien à dire de plus car on se sent très bien dans le logement avec en plus l'accès à la piscine top ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons sans problème. Propriétaire très gentille, disponible et souple.

Des vacances les pieds dans l'eau
Nous avons passé une semaine dans la location de madame Cooper. Nous avons 2 enfants de 2 et 5 ans. L'emplacement de la maison est parfait : en 2 min à la plage, à la boulangerie, au manège, au vendeur de glaces... Le quartier est animé pour les petits et les grands. De très agréable vacances dans cette location que nous conseillons.
