Very good value for money and amazing location. The shower had not been cleaned - had hair on the drainer. The breakfast whilst being tasty was a mn horrendous amount of waste. Polystyrene bowls, plastic cups and cutlery - for somewhere so picturesque they should be using reusable kitchenware. Final onservation was the hot tub inside the building is obviously nit working but the condition if the area is grim. Visible mouldy conditions and no effort to hide the grim nature of it. Despite that the location is amazing, the room was comfy and we will stay there again.

Although Brian had his a ski resort, the property is in need of renovation. The pool and the Jacuzzi were dirty and the bartenders and staff at the restaurant would not let us go out to the deck part that was attached to the restaurant explaining to us that it’s not part of the restaurant which doesn’t make sense. Check in was very rude. They need to train their staff HR to help clients if they want to stay in business.

First-time stay at this lodge. Nicely appointed rooms which were clean and spacious. The large desk was appreciated: it provided ample room to catch up on omnipresent paperwork. Breakfast provided just enough to sustain one while exploring nearby trails. The bed was comfortable.

Unique property to visit in the summer as it is cooler and central to many of the National Parks we wanted to visit. The hotel was kind enough to warn us about the altitude and altitude sickness so we came prepared with some medication and made sure to stay hydrated. They have a good included breakfast and a restaurant on site. The entire staff was lovely.

The room was clean and spacious however the carpeting is starting to fray at the junction of tile and carpet. The bed was quite firm but clean and large. The rollaway bed was easy to move and shift however the mattress has lost the padding with use. The ice machines on the floors were not working and the pool was being filled but we weren't advised ahead of time and were wanting to swim
