The space
The property is a tiny home consisting of one main room with lounge, kitchen and dining areas, a double bed in the mezzanine bedroom and small separate shower room downstairs. There is a sofa bed in the living area for a third guest if needed. Please note there is no privacy between sleeping areas. The mezzanine can be accessed via a small, turning, open tread staircase. The private balcony is the perfect place to watch the yachts going in and out of the Marina from.
Guest access
There is free parking in the multi-storey car park which is a 5 minute walk away. The property is in a safe and secure gated Marina complex which is accessed by a key fob.

Please be aware that there is a 5 minute walk from the car park to the property if you are carrying heavy luggage.
