Back porch smells terrible of mold and mildew. Refrigerated was not clean. Spider webs in several places The attention we’ve received since we were there from the property mgr has been great. It’s a beautiful spot on Lake Superior. We hope others will find it cleaner and enjoy the property.

Beautiful location! Great communication with the property owner. The furniture definitely needs updated such as worn out, uncomfortable, couches with holes. The loft stairs are not stairs at all. It's more of a ladder - very steep and dangerous. My 9 year old fell down them and got pretty banged up. The loft is definitely kids only. Some adults stayed up there and grew to hate it! Also, the bedroom is super tiny. Not even enough room for our suitcase.

A Peaceful Easy Feeling
The property was exactly as described and pictured and everything we were looking for. The house was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and the solitude was perfect. We arrived Sunday and probably didn't see another human being until we went into town on Wednesday. We were looking for a place to unplug and relax after a busy year and we found it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for that peaceful, easy feeling that vacation should offer. House has everything you need and communication with the host was excellent. Great stay and hope to return again someday!

Lake Superior Experience
We wanted to get away from noise and we absolutely get that every time we visit Brimley area. Location is perfect and has easy access to Lake Superior. Had one safety concern as we walked down the steps to the beach, all weather related, but the last step has been washed away. There was a cinder block with a rusty broken metal pipe sticking straight up. If anyone fell on this, it would have been a trip to the hospital. We took the rocks from the beach to temporarily cover the pipe, but wanted to mention this with hopes it gets fixed for future guests.
