Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Une mauvaise expérience.

À notre arrivée, nous devions avoir la chambre à 18h. Nous avons été logé dans une autre chambre à seulement 22h15... Pour ensuite se faire réveillé à 8h afin de quitter cette chambre pour qu'ils puissent "laver et désinfecter". Nous avons été ensuite relogé dans une autre chambre qui n'était pas lavé (des cheveux traînaient au sol) et donc pas désinfectée en période covid. Pas d'air conditionné, une grosse chaleur dans les chambres. Nous n'avons eu la clé de l'entrée qu'à mi séjour. Nous avons voulu boire un café mais pas de dosette à ce moment là. Pas pris de petit déjeuné. La salle de bain avait la douche bouchée et gardait l'humidité.
La nouvelle chambre... Pour nettoyer l'autre.
