Did not sleep at all the whole night. We had a room by the front door, which was constantly slammed all night as people returned from clubbing. Dodgy people around. I asked to move rooms on arrival but was told no. The room was so hot, no aircon and the fans were on a high ceiling. The only fan options were off or high, which was incredibly loud. Ruined our weekend completely.

Property is close to the valley and exhibition grounds which is very handy. The room and bathroom were not that clean and very dusty. The bathroom door would not slide and was nearly falling off. The bed needs replacing. Very uncomfortable. The room needs maintenance.

Unfortunately there is no parking onsite whatsoever. Street parking is very difficult to secure and is metered parking. There is no loading area for baggage, so in our case we needed to find a park 2-3 blocks from the premises and then carry our luggage to and from the car. Would be suitable for some guests, but not for others, and this isn’t clearly advised in the ad for the motel

I fell absolutely in love with the building, 10/10 would stay again. The Manor was so stunning everywhere I looked inside and out, was a little rustic, the ensuite reminded me a fair bit of a nice snug little old cabin in the woods, absolutely amazing, I was in awe the whole time with everything around me. I do however recommend putting a bin in the common area of the room, it took me a little too long to find the bin was in the bathroom. 😂 Overall absolutely loved my stay there, 10/10 magnificent beauty and an absolute breeze for check in and check out, and they had full transparency in the rules of stay as well as terms and conditions of booking, I checked in after hours and even that was an easy process to do.

being above the kitchen and laundry was noisy at times, being a previous cleaner your vents in the bathrooms are not clean, the aircon filters are dirty, and i found bottles and rubbish under the bed, so the cleaners could be a little better. Every one was friendly and it was convenient to get to the hospital,thankyou
