The walls and doors were dirty with fingerprints and marks on them. The bed and pillows were amazing. The staff on level 5 for the event we attended were amazing.

The Hotel is in a good location if you don't want to be in the City. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was filthy. There was rubbish on the floor, dirty spoon, screwed up menu and note paper, splatter on all walls & light switches and a mouldy toilet.... pretty horrible. Reception was notified on departure.
