Nothing like the photos, very disappointing, no care for the building or the apartment. Ran down appearance, expectations were high given the photos but it is not as it appears online. Reception was dingy with no care given and there was no guidance or advice on how things worked ie lift cards or parking . Air conditioner had mould through and filter never changed it was hot and we didn’t want to use it. The apartment smelled. Pool is tiny and absolutely filthy couldn’t even see the bottom.

If you arrive on a late flight into BNE , then you won't have food options around CODE . There is a Japanese takeaway shop across less than 5mins away . Woolies,Coles and Aldi are 15 to 20mins away . Only negative is that the toilet brush was so rusty . Bathroom cleaniness needs to be looked at

We were incredibly disappointed with our stay at code apartments. Safe to say the apartment did not look anything like the pictures and we were grossly mislead. There were live and dead cockroaches throughout the apartment, stains on the bedding, pillows and sofa. The check in process was beyond bizarre, asking me to send a photo of the front and back of my bank card to confirm my identity…we have since escalated our complaint to code apartments but are yet to hear back off them. Avoid at all costs!

False advertising and terrible customer service
Terrible experience. false advertising!!!! They say free parking but payment required when we asked them. Only gave one key for a couple Unfortunately we locked the key inside and the reception was closed when we returned. Called through and they hung up. Tried again and said100 call-out fee applies. The lady was on premises and gave us a key but they still charged 100. First she said fee applies after 8 then when I showed evidence that we called before 8, she said oh it’s 6pm. Ridiculous customer service. The customer service lady was so rude!!! If they had given us 2 keys, we wouldn’t have to pay for the so called call out fee when they are literally on site. They never told us about this during checking otherwise we would have asked for two keys. We were out and they came to our room to service without us knowing with our valuables inside.
