Ordinary ā€˜countryā€™ motel feel about the rooms. Expensive for an out-of-cbd 3 star hotel/motel. Chosen (no doubt by many) because of its proximity to the NW Private Hospital. Huge dining/bistro areas which look very new and tidy- very popular for families. 2 nights here and room not serviced in that time.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a 70th birthday. The updated room was lovely. Had the quietest AC I've ever encountered which was great! The bathroom facilities were excellent! Undercover parking right outside the room door. The bar had meals on offer. The staff we interacted with were really nice and helpful. Good spot located near where we had to go.

Very clean accommodation at a reasonable cost ā˜ŗļø staff member was very helpful and although dining area was under renovation, was very happy to recommend Cafe 63 nearby which was excellent šŸ‘ great affordable accommodation, do yourself a favour and check it out

Greatly disappointed, unsatisfactory conditions
They are renovating which we were not informed on when booking. We endured loud heavy vehicles from early morning till afternoon right outside our door, which made it impossible to relax quietly in our room. Our water was a trickle and then it was turned off totally we could not wash, flush the toilet, shower. We made 2 phone calls to management regarding our water situation, it finally came back on after several hours. No manager came to our door, I had to ring them, we were offered a free meal as a sorry for the inconvenience. Not good enough we stayed there because it was close to the hospital

Property was under renovations hence the good rating otherwise it would have been excellent. Hotel room was very clean, big bed, big tv and shower. Dinner and beer on the deck was very enjoyable. Close to Prince Charles Hospital.

We arrived thinking that there was a playground and restaurant and cafe. The play ground was demolished and no restaurant to be seen. It was horrible for us to be crammed in the tiny room with young children who were excited to go and play at the play area. Only picked it for that particular reason.

The motel room was nicely renovated and the stay was very comfortable. You can park at the door which was so convenient. Quiet area. A supermarket and some shops next door. A short drive to Everton park dining area.
