A brand new unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a stunning kitchen and beautifully relaxing large outdoor space with BBQ. The house has an air condition for hot weather or enjoy the fresh air. All in one level with a beautiful light feel to this new terrace house.
Walking distance to Wesley Hospital 350m, train station 300m, Toowong shopping centre 1km, cafe 450m, bottle shop 700m, Rosalie cafes and shops 1.5km and only 3.8km to the city.
Beautiful new unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a bath, a gourmet kitchen with European Bosh appliances, fantastic living room, and a fabulous outdoor covered area with bbq. Large wardrobes in all bedrooms and dual wardrobes in master with ensuite. The terrace house has a lovely, homely feeling and is well loved by many repeat guests.
As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**
Guests will have full access to the entire home with parking available and a huge outdoor space where kids can enjoy playing with their pet. Plus access to the BBQ facilities.
Note: There is currently no microwave at is as it. We are waiting on it being delivered.
NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
We have a strict no party policy or loud noise, and breach of this will forfeit bond. We value our neighbours who will contact if issues.
Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
