Fußboden- und Wandheizung sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Privater Bereich direkt am Wasser mit Esstisch und Liegestühlen. Gartengrill und Tessiner Steintische für Picknicks direkt am See. Treppe, die in den See führt.

Wir hatten das wunderbare Gefühl, Ferien auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff zu machen: wenn man aus den Fenstern schaut: blaues, wellendes, beruhigendes Wasser! Die Wohnung ist grandios und es hat alles bestens geklappt, sehr gerne wieder!
