A little worn but does the job
The staff were friendly and it's a beautiful building with a lovely view. The rooms are a little basic and perhaps could benefit from a refresh. I had to leave very early in the morning, and the shower took an extremely long time to warm up - not sure if that is a result of a 5am start or if it just takes a while normally! It was a nice hotel and did the tricl however.

Superb cliffside property with onsite carpark. We upgraded to an Executive Double with seaview, and it was certainty worth it! The room was very spacious with a queen size bed and an extra table with 2 chairs right in front of the window. We enjoyed sitting there watching the sunset each evening. The food was excellent! The daily self-service breakfast really set us up for the day, and the evening restaurant meal was extremely well presented and delicious! All the staff we spoke to were pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel , a little tired in places but that did not effect our stay . Extremely lovely staff . Clean bedroom and bathroom . Fantastic view from our bedroom across the Bristol Channel. Evening meal and breakfast was excellent quality. Really enjoyed it Would definitely stay again.

The room itself was tired, however reasonably clean. I attempted to make a cup of tea, however had to phone reception to have the kettle cleaned because it was filthy. On our second night, we had drunk and dissordly guests (4 men) staying in the room next to us, who were obviously fed too much alcohol from the down stairs bar, after attending a wedding at the venue, on a thursday, had decided to continue the party in their room. With multiple calls from our room, and other rooms adjacent to us, to reception, and two visits from police, they finally went to sleep at 3:30am. The night staff did and excellent job attempting to difuse the men who were very disrespectful towards the staff members, in particular, the female staff members. We had to leave at 5am, as were were travelling to Liverpool, the following day. I am disappointed that after almost 4 hours of dealing with the staff members and being assured the police were on their way back to the hotel, when I called the police from the hotel phone, they arrived within 10 minutes. We left the motel over a week ago, and no one has attempted to contact us in relation to our horrible stay, for this I am disappointed. Lovely area though.

What can you say - old tired - bed gave me back pain. Dirty rooms that need cleaning properly. Skirting boards and bathrooms really need help. Shower pressure beyond awful. Food average, service in bar with view and breakfast was only positive. Will never return
