Would recommend everything apart from the very grumpy/unhelpful/borderline rude staff member who was manning reception when we arrived late last night. I would suggest that possibly hospitality should not be his chosen career path. Otherwise, very nice. Breakfast was first class.

Nothing was too much trouble. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and great food. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful buffet style. The only small disappointment, although you are made aware of it, is the parking fee to be paid each day when you’re already paying for your stay and food and drinks etc. otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Would not stay again - very average especially for what you pay. We put on ground floor - called floor zero and we had delivery lorry every morning- first one at 6.15 and Sunday morning at 8.15.

Very disappointed!
We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially since it was the first trip my sisters, my mum, and I had together. The pictures looked gorgeous online, and we were excited. When we arrived, the scenery was just as beautiful as in the photos. However, our experience quickly went downhill. At check-in, we had to pay separately for parking, which we found absurd. The check-in process itself was ordinary, not particularly welcoming. We received our keys and headed to our two twin rooms. On the way, we noticed the corridors were quite dirty and in need of a good vacuum! One of our room doors was left slightly open, which was strange, but we didn't think much of it at the time. Later, we found a dirty towel with makeup stains in the bathroom, making us question the cleanliness of the room. The view from our rooms was of the car park, not the beautiful scenery we had seen in the pictures, which was really disappointing. Additionally, the toilet flush in the other room was not working properly. While the restaurant and breakfast were nice, the breakfast area was small and got very crowded. The spa was fully booked during our stay, and its appearance was not pleasing. The pool was small and always crowded, and the yoga classes were all booked up. There wasn't much to do! Overall, it was not a place I would return to or recommend. It simply wasn't worth the almost £780 we paid for a two-night stay for four people! Very disappointed

Couldn’t reach reception by car ( for my disabled wife.) due to cars totally blocking that entrance. Stayed 2 nights and room was not serviced on day 2 so ran out of tea and milk. Or mattress was terrible and needed replacing.

A nice hotel stay for one night, the bar area was not very clean for saying how much thay wnated to charge for the food. The pool did not feel the friendlyest of places but it was a nice room with balcony

Disorganised and unprofessional event.
We travelled over 5 hours one way to stay at the hotel for a family get together to celebrate a milestone birthday. The party was held in a 5th floor events room. There were over 60 guests and the main bar was not opened, so no draught beer was available. A small temporary bar was opened instead with only 1 member of staff on duty. The lone member of staff did their best but long queues were inevitable. The hotel (NOT the bar) ran out of wine and beer at 9pm and made no attempt to rectify the situation. Highly disorganised and unprofessional for such an important family occasion. Totally unacceptable and spoilt the evening especially for our hosts.

Air conditioning not good at all
When I arrived the air conditioning was not working well at all, they did supply me with a fan but spent the whole night awake listening to the fan and not a comfortable nights sleep at all, very disappointed

The stay was marred by an exceptionally rude and flippant receptionist. There was no shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom either, which felt like a basic oversight.
