The view out the back is of a grassy hillside. During the day, we saw horses and, in the morning, deer. The staff was friendly. The hotel is pet-friendly and it is spotlessly clean. It's a little different that the hotel is situated at the back of an oversized parking lot. The entrance off the main road is easy to miss, but just turn in by the sign.

*Convenient location, off Interstate 81. Close to grocery stores, gas station, fast food and restaurants. 5-10 min from downtown Abingdon. Farmers Market open Saturdays all year round. *Front desk and hotel staff very friendly. Delicious breakfast- egg omelets, meat option, 2 choices of make your own waffles, oatmeal, pastries, breads, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, apples, bananas. Dining staff friendly and helpful. *Stayed in room with 2 queen beds- comfy mattress; 300 sq foot room is spacious. Internet, Updated large TV with Netflix and cable. *Bathroom- nice size. *Overall great hotel. Would stay again *Picked hotel because of reviews

Great hotel & prime location.
We had a lovely weekend stay in Abingdon to meet family and take in shows at The Barter Theater. The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the theater. Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable. We even had a nice breakfast before heading out each morning.

This is a great location as we went biking on the creeper trail. It was very clean love the pool and hot tub even in the cooler. Weather was great. Breakfast was good as well.
