Fantastic location in the harbour bowl

After a full refurbishment Quayside is being offered as a holiday cottage for the first time from the end of May 2021, it is ideally situated within a stones throw to the harbour, Golden Hind and local Restaurant’s.

The property benefits from three bedrooms, master bedroom with sea glimpses, 2 king & 1 twin bedroom all with smart televisions, two en-suites, and a family bathroom, Open plan lounge diner, kitchen and enclosed level rear garden.

Please note the top bedroom has a steeper than normal staircase and slightly narrower than modern standards and could be unsuitable for some young children or the elderly.

Very few houses in the harbour area have their own parking but the fantastic location of the house more than makes up for the parking. If you are just staying local you should not need your car very much.

When you arrive you can quickly pull in and unload just by the house outside Dilly Dally Café or The Coffin House.

The property was very close to the harbour, which is why we chose it. Very modern, but homely as well. Was nice having two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the showers were very modern and spacious.

This is a lovely, centrally-located Brixham property very close to the harbour.It is furnished to a high standard and the rooms are all very comfortable. The property is well equipped whilst shower and bathroom facilities are very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again if holidaying in Brixham. Just Spectacular
The Cottage is just fabulous, superb location, with all the mod cons, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Having comfortable good size rooms. You couldn’t ask for more. Jeff was very accommodating, giving good, prompt communications. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when coming back to Brixham. The place is a real gem. Excellent cottage in a perfect location.
Quayside cottage was very clean. It was great having 3 bathrooms - especially with teenagers! A very cosy lounge and mod cons in kitchen. Welcome package was a very nice touch. Supermarkets are a a few mins walk round the corner. The cottage is in a perfect location - walking distance to the harbour which is teeming with shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. We were very surprised with how Brixham has improved over the years since our last visit 10 years ago. Rockfish and Prince William were fab restaurants. Would definitely stay here again even with the lack of parking.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for a lovely stay and what a joy it was to stay in your lovely property which has been decorated to such high standards. Attention to detail paid to ensure that your guests have the best comfort was exceptional. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here and she couldn't have asked for a better birthday present . thank you for helping us make this joyous occasion even more special. There is plenty of cheap parking options close to the property as well as free overnight parking on side street a short walk from the property.. Beautiful scenic town with the most lovely friendly people. Had a great time.
