It offers a grand (1,100 qm²), beautifully invested garden with a pond. With over 140 qm² you can occupy the 'Baltic Sea Villa' with a maximum of eight people. Massively built and tastefully equipped, the 'Baltic Sea Villa' offers a luxurious setting in both the summer and the winter for a memorable trip on the Baltic Sea shoreline!

Gepflegtes Haus in sehr guter Lage
Ein sehr schön und ruhig gelegenens Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Ostsee und einer guten Ausstattung.
Wir haben uns hier mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ferienhaus mit toller Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Lage mit direktem Strandzugang ist einzigartig. Wir haben den Ausblick auf das Meer sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich. Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können das FH auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
Wir waren hier mit 2 Personen und 2 Hunden.
Vielen Dank an den Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein charmantes Haus in einer super Lage
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Bewegungsfreiheit und der Blick auf's Meer ist einfach nur schön. Nach langen Strandspaziergängen mit unserem Hund war es herrlich, den Kachelofen anzuheizen und einen Saunagang zu machen. Man hat in der näheren Umgebung viele Entdeckungsmöglichkeiten und findet auch Ruhe, speziell in dieser Reisezeit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Perfekte Lage
Wir verbrachten als Familie die Weihnachten dort und es war sehr schön.
Das Haus müsste mal renoviert werden aber die Lage des Hauses lässt über einiges hinweg sehen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick
Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich großartig - über eine Wiese gelangt man direkt an den Strand und durch die großen Fenster hat man Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Zimmer groß und gemütlich und auch mal für schlechtes Wetter geeignet:) In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Alles ist modern eingerichtet und mit alten Schränken hübsch dekoriert. Im Garten stehen Liegen und mehrere Terrassen zur Verfügung, Platz genug für 6 Personen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und konnten beim Blick aufs Meer so richtig entspannen.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Ostseeblick, einzigartig
Es war alles perfekt und wirklich gut, schön eingerichtet im Erdgeschoss und alles war vorhanden.
Lediglich lag 1 Schlafzimmer im Keller, dort roch es muffig und feucht. Das Badezimmer unten ist auch sehr eng.

Einfach nur toll
Eine Woche Erholung pur.
Das Wetter war super, das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.
Der Ausblick aus Küchen- und Wohnzimmerfenster ist der Hammer.
Man wünscht sich die Ostsee für zuhause.

Entspanntes Wochenende Anfang März
Wir 5 Frauen (Ü40) verbrachten ein tolles Wochenende vom 03.-05.03.17 im Ferienhaus.
Alles war stimmig, von der Buchung angefangen, über den Empfang im Haus, über die Ausstattung des Hauses bis hin zum Check-out.
Die Fotos in der Beschreibung entsprechen genau der Realität. Das ganze Haus ist renoviert, überall sind nette Details und Deko verteilt, die es so richtig wohnlich machen.
Man vermisst weder in der Küche noch in den restlichen Räumen etwas.
Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns eine Flasche Sekt, 5 Gläser und leckere Schoki auf einem Tablett angerichtet. Wow, das war toll und so lieb.
Wenn man seine Handtücher u. Bettwäsche selbst mitbringt (spart 15,-€ p.P.), muss man darauf achten, dass man 2 große Spannbettlaken für die beiden Doppelbetten, sowie 2 Einzelbettlaken für das Twin-Room mitbringt. Die Betten sind superbequem, wir haben alle richtig gut geschlafen.
Wir hatten auch Duftzusätze für den Aufguss in der Sauna dabei. In der Sauna können 2 Personen liegen und die 3. kann sitzen. Oder man kann zur Not auch zu fünft sitzen.
Da es Anfang März sehr kalt war, haben wir den urigen Kachelofen angefeuert. Holz und Anzünder sind vorhanden. Der Ofen ist mit einem modernen Ofen nicht zu vergleichen, aber er gibt Wärme ab, das ist die Hauptsache.
Das Haus ist auch für Kleinkinder sicher, denn es gibt sogar ein Schutzgitter für die Treppe in das Untergeschoss.
Das WLAN funktioniert prima; es ist sogar ein Samsung-Tablet im Haus. Der Handyempfang ist ansonsten etwas schwierig, je nachdem welchen Netzanbieter man hat. Mit O2 musste ich nach draußen gehen, damit ich mit geringen Empfang überhaupt telefonieren konnte.
Der Blick zum Meer ist toll und es ist auch nicht weit, um dort direkt hinzugelangen. Ein kleiner Weg zwischen den Häusern führt dorthin.
Zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt läuft man ca. 5 Minuten. Hier kann man so ziemlich alles bekommen, sogar Souvenirs.
Parken ist an der Straße (ruhige Sackgasse) kein Problem.
Die Abreise ist eigentlich um 10 Uhr, aber weil direkt im Anschluß keine Gäste erwartet wurden, durften wir bis um 12 Uhr bleiben. So konnten wir noch ganz gemütlich und in Ruhe frühstücken.
Es waren schöne 3 Tage, die wir in dem tollen Haus verbringen konnten und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
