Welcome to your home away from home!! This 1st Floor condo sits on a gorgeous panoramic vista of Lake Cumberland. Please call with any questions at 8595091288. It's within 3-5 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a huge shaded playground.
Enter from the covered open-air porch with a loveseat and chair, where rest and relaxation are about to begin! The family room has beautiful views of the lake, a modern cozy stone fireplace controlled by the flip of a switch, a 42' LED TV with Blue Ray 2 DVDs, 2 full sofa's. A well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances features a bar area perfect for entertaining! The screened-in heated and cooled back porch features amazing lake views with 2 full-size sofa's, a chair, a dining table for 6. The screened-in porch leads to another deck area with a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a custom built-in armoire. The master bath features a stand-up onyx-tiled shower. The guest room features a queen size log bed, a cherry chest of drawers, and a huge walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin-size trundle is also available. The guest bath features a modern travertine tiled bathtub/shower.
While at the resort you can enjoy a great 18-hole golf course designed by Lee Trevino and Dave Bennett. There is a mechanical boat launching facility at the resort. A recently renovated log cabin with restrooms, covered picnic tables, fire pit, and charcoal grills are available for large gatherings. The Owners are licensed Realtors in the State of Kentucky & Florida. Security video/audio recording camera located at the front door (exterior of the unit only).

Lake view

Very nice well decorated three bedroom unit in Woodson Bend. The bedrooms were small but adequate. Primary bedroom bath shower was really small and if you’re an oldster like I am you really have to be careful in there because it is slippery. We really enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and Evenings after getting home from dinner. Just a beautiful view of the lake from there. Close enough that you can walk to the pool if you’d like.

Fall Family Get together

We have atayed at Woodson Bend for many years and in several units. This was my top 2. Everything was perfect. Absolutely loved the back porch in the fall. Love, love, love Espinosa's condos. Ita our third one weve been too. Thanks for being such great hosts.

Great quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay as it wasn't peak season yet and few neighbors. The area was far away enough to have quality quiet time but can get to most grocery stores and shopping in 20 minutes! Will back again for a visit for sure!

The view was great even in March. Our favorite area was the screened in porch which was winterized without losing the spectacular view. Kitchen was better equipped than my own kitchen. Great time.
