Staff was oK but wouldn’t even say nice. Room was clean in appearance but we found long hairs on the bathroom floor and tub on arrival. Requested cleaning the next day and by 6:30 pm when we arrived, they hadn’t gotten to it. My son found more long hairs on his bed (in which he had slept the night prior). The area around the hotel doesn’t offer much. The price was outrageously high for a less than average hotel, but all hotels near Glacier National Park are overpriced.

When asked for towels, the front desk staff told us they will try as towels were limited. Rooms were not clean and bathroom floors were sticky.

The hotel was the only good option in Browning and the cleanliness was really bad, especially in common areas like elevators where we could see footprints. Service was also lacking possibly due to the fact that they were aware they are the only choice in town.

Location in relation to East Glacier Park entrances is great. Wish there were more food options in Browning. Hotel staff a little slow, not there until after 4 and they still had to make sure the room is ready before we could go in. It was clean and fine, just not great.

Very poor breakfast choices. For the money that i paid i would expect free breakfast be more than an average but unfortunately it was one of the worst breakfast i have ever had. The town is a total trash, felt unsafe to go get food in town.

We arrived at the property at 2:30pm to see if our room Was ready. They told us that checkin before 3:00 was not allowed. So we left and came back at 3:00. We were then told that it would be another 20 minutes so we waited again. At 3:30 we checked back with the front desk and they said our room still was not ready. 4 groups of people that came after us were then checked into their rooms while we still waited. They returned because they had been given dirty rooms, all the while we still sat there. At 4:40, we checked again and the receptionist finally said our room was just getting finished up. Disappointed at the long wait. After waiting over 2 hours (and 1:40) after their official check in, we could have travelled down the road to a much more affordable room. After being on vacation for 12 days, and 11 different hotels, this one was the most disappointing to our family.

Nice overall
The town is definitely not all that and you might be a bit perplexed driving in thinking oh no where did I book, but the hotel was really nice and closest to the St Mary’s Glacier Natl Park entrance. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very nice. However the water pressure in the bathroom was nonexistent and our sink was clogged and drained super slow.
