The property was in really bad conditions. The point was not the old facilities but the bad maintenance. Air conditioned really dirty, the room had a lot of humidity and it seems that it was not been cleaned before arrival. The location is good. And also the discount at Denny's. If they improve the facilities they could be an option to come back.

What I did not like was that we got their @ the Motel as was not able 2 check in til 2:00pm. It was sad 2 know that we travel from San Antonio Tx, was able 2 talk 2 the manager @ was able 2 check in but had 2 wait for 3hrs 2 get the room roo smelled bad. And beds not good then we took showers drainage was bad, complain 2 the manager they did not do nothing about the drainage whil we were their. I would not stay their again.was not satafied. :( but had a good time @ South Parde.

The towels in the bathroom did not look clean and were very old. The toilet was not secured and moved if you were using the facilities. Lots of banging or construction work by 8:00am. Would not stay or recommend this hotel. I have stayed at La Copa on the Island and in Mercedes - 100 times nicer. This facility was a dump!

La Copa Inn in Brownsville, Tx
the hair dryer in the room did not work and most of all it was very inconvenient that I could not access the internet through my room. The hotel lobby offered internet computer downstairs but it was being used everytime I went down there. This was unsattisfactory to me.

Copa in Brownsville Tx
I've travel extensively and have stayed in older hotels on occasions. This place is smokey, musty, ms on one wall. Halls reeked spilled beer. Pool hadn't been cleaned recently. Towels missing. Soap dispenser leaking on bath counter and in shower. Inappropriate television show playing behind check in desk. Someone was doing mechanic work on their vehicle in the parking lot. It was unbelievable!

The room did not have towels and there was no light. They promised they would fix it and nothing. Got light bulbs at around 9pm and no towels. The room had things from the previous people that stayed in the room. They didn't bother to check. Oh, and the hot tub was freezing. Worst hotel service ever. Would not recommend at all!!!!!

las condiciones del hotel no corresponden a lo que
para iniciar , no encontarvan mi reservación , me dijeron que no tenian la reservacion mia , y despues de mucho buscar la encontraron , muy desorganizado el encargado y con las manos llenas de aceite y muy sucio sui presentación , me dieron una habitación digna de un taller mecanioco sucio , con las puertas del baño manchadas de mugre y con un malor olor en toda la habitación m, no tienen elevador , y el pasillo y escalera muy deteridado parece pasillo de servicio , en general muy mal el hotel , no hay desayuno nio tiene picina , es el hotel mas malo que me he quedado

La habitacion no estaba del todo aseada, el frigobar no estaba limio, el WIFI no llega bien a la habitacion ya que esta en la recepcion, es un hotel economico solo para dormir, no ofrece nada adicional.

Hotel Copa Inn de Beownsville, mala atencion
No respetaron el desayuno comentaron que no incluia y que era mi problema, aun cuando se hizo la reservacion fue una de las cosas que incluia en el paquete y habitacion. La persona de recepcion se comporto de forma grosera y no hizo nada por solucionar o nivelar la situacion del desayuno. Fue la persona de recepcion a las 11:15 am el pasado Domingo 8 de Abril del hotel Copa Inn de Brownsville mi habitacion 103 y la 247.

no erea lo que esperaba del hotel, esperaba que fura algo mejor, la persona de recepcion no sabia nada sobre el servicio de internet, no tenian recipientes paratomar hielo de la maquina, la persona de recepcion de la noche molesto me dijo que no hay nada para tomar hielo de la maquina. La tarjeta que te proporcionan para al acceso a la habitacion se bloqueba constantemente y teniamos que ir a recepcion a activarla Por las mañanas fui por el dichozo desayuno continental que supuestamente me ofrecienon y lo unico que me dieron fue un par de mini donas duras y cafe frio, era todo lo del desayuno que si queria algo mas fuera a un restautant. Algo de lo bueno es que hay demaciados lugares para comer y de compras cerca del hotel
