Lovely hotel. Great location.
Very nice hotel. Great location close to the historic center but on a very quiet street. Both front desk and breakfast staff provided excellent service. Comfortable beds. Could have used a couple more convenient plugs for our devices. But would definitely stay here again. Some great restaurants close by as well as the free shuttle to the train station.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It was in the perfect location-walking distance to absolutely everything but separate enough that made it feel very quiet and private. I was traveling solo to Brugge, and I felt super safe at the hotel, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was also amazing! Highly recommend!

I've stayed at Aragon multiple times and have had a brilliant stay every time. From the welcome at reception to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, everything is first class. I'd highly recommend including breakfast with any booking as you'll be spoilt for choice.

Questionable customer service
We booked a 2-night stay in the last moment, one day before travelling. Our car broke down on the way to Bruges, so we had to return home and cancel our stay in Bruges. We immediately informed the hotel (via hotels.com) that we weren't coming and asked whether they would agree to refund at least part of the booking. The hotel refused. Yes, it was a non-refundable booking, so they had the right to refuse. However, considering that we made the booking just one day before, they could have at least refunded the 2nd night. The hotel itself might be great, but this experience shows that customer service is not very good.

Great hotel choice
Located very close to the city center. Breakfast was one of the highest quality breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Staff was friendly. Bathroom looked nice and clean. All things were nice and tidy in the room. The only minor criticism I would have is that the elevator and rooms are a tad bit small, and that it was near impossible to connect to the WiFi in my room. The signal was weak and it would constantly fail to connect or time out (tried to connect to it for over 30 min). In conclusion great hotel, I would definitely recommend and stay again.
